What is at issue here is that "attend" is not defined. It does not specify in person vs. virtual. I imagine this will need to go to SCOTUS, which I predict will rule that it means the traditional meaning of the word, which is in person. Staying home and watching on TV, in my opinion, is not attending. You didn't "sign in," and if someone asked if you attended the meeting, you would say, "No, I stayed home and watched it on TV." We all understand that attend means in person. So if the statute says a person should be permitted to attend, then that is the understood meaning and a pandemic doesn't get to redefine the word without an Executive order or change to the statute. An attorney's opinion is just that, an opinion.

This all needs to be litigated, at this point.

I keep hearing that we Senators in Arizona are heroes for doing the audit. I just want to emphasize that we are only instruments of the public and we responded to their loud demands. None of this would be happening without the pressure from you all, so I want to encourage those in other states to lift your voice and demand daily that your state perform a forensic audit on your election. Demand your rights are restored. Demand indoctrination of your children in Cultural Marxism end. Demand medical freedom and privacy. You have the power. YOU are the heroes. 🇺🇸

While Recorder, Adrian tried to violate election law numerous times. He negotiated with the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to bring in DOMINION in exchange of losing control over the day of election processes.

In the 2018 election cycle, he invented emergency voting centers and placed them in the highest Dem precinct areas. He only gave Dem candidates notice of the voting centers in advance.

I've been to the Arizona / Mexico border, the Montana / Canadian border, and I've been to multiple borders in Europe including the Croatian / Slovenian border, which is in much better shape than ours. I didn't sneak in, nor were there any coyotes. Heck, I never even saw one homeless person in Zagreb.

Here is the post I sent to you all a few days ago, giving all of you credit for making this happen. It has 148,000 views and has been shared far and wide. My post about Mr. Natelson was genuine, he deserves a shout out.

Let me tell you one thing right now. Not one person can take credit for the Arizona audit. To try to do so is presumptuous and flat out prideful and short-sighted. If you are a person who desires glory for yourself in this, please check yourself now. You are doing this for the wrong reason. This is a GROUP effort of patriots, experts, elected, etc. Do not take this effort to elevate yourself, but humble yourself and elevate freedom. Do not bring division among us, but stand in unity as we right the wrongs that have been perpetrated among us.

I will overlook this divisive rhetoric only once.

Today we went into special session at the request of the Governor to deal with the funding of fighting wildfires. We had a special prayer for the safety of our firefighters as we opened up the floor. We have several members out of town this week and so I am told we will try to get the budget done next week. As the budget is happening, the election bills will also be going forward. My bill, SB1241, will have the election integrity and security measures. I am also adding language to deal with federal only voters as well.
