๐Ÿ” Global Liquidity Index analysis by Vasyl Ivanov

I've superimposed the Global Liquidity Index (yellow) on a Bitcoin logarithmic chart.
- Green indicates periods of quantitative easing by the Fed
- Red indicates periods of quantitative tightening
- Blue indicates periods of liquidity influx into the market

1. After QE, capital inflows into the market usually increase, which leads to Bitcoin (and other indices as well) rising.
2. During QT or even the end of QE, Bitcoin plummets.
3. The most disturbing observation: the duration of liquidity influx periods (blue) is getting shorter each time.

Last week, we received a signal from the Fed for another round of quantitative easing. We can only hope that the same trend continues with the other indicators.

Sifting through the Noise: What defines a reliable VPN? ๐Ÿ”

Recent reports about VPNs operating without encryption have caused a stir. Here is why you can remain confident with KeepSolid: your privacy depends on engineering, not just a media brand.

๐Ÿ”น Direct Infrastructure Control: Many projects rely on external tech they don't fully oversee. VPN Unlimited is an in-house development by KeepSolid, giving us total control over security standards.

๐Ÿ”น Encryption is a Technical Barrier: Our protocols (like KeepSolid Wise) are built so that if encryption fails, the connection simply won't establish. It's a fundamental safeguard.

๐Ÿ”น Proven Scale: Protecting 60M+ users for over a decade is a responsibility we meet with a strict No-Logs policy and robust architecture.

Trust proven infrastructure and a decade of expertise.

VPN encryption in plain English ๐Ÿ›ก

Many people install a VPN for โ€œmore privacyโ€, but few can clearly explain what exactly it protects. Letโ€™s break down VPN encryption without jargon.

When you go online, your traffic can be monitored on public Wiโ€‘Fi, by your ISP, or by attackers on the same network. Encryption turns your readable data into scrambled text that looks like random noise to anyone who intercepts it.

๐Ÿ”น How it works: A VPN encrypts your traffic before it leaves your device and sends it through a secure tunnel to a remote server. Outsiders only see encrypted packets, not the sites you open. For professional-grade protection, VPN Unlimited uses the AES-256 standard - the same class of encryption used for banking and government data.

๐Ÿ”น The Limits of Encryption: But a VPN is not a magic shield. It will not stop phishing pages or someone tricking you into giving away your codes. That is why security must be layered:

- Protect your connection: Use a reliable VPN to keep your data invisible.

- Protect your accounts: Use strong, unique passwords with Passwarden to prevent credential leaks.

- Add a second layer: Enable multi-factor authentication with KeepSolid Authenticator to stop unauthorized access even if your password is stolen.

Think of it this way: VPN = protects your connection, 2FA = protects your accounts, Password = protects your identity. Together, they seriously raise the bar for attackers.

If this topic is relevant, write in the comments which part of VPN technology confuses you the most. Do you use a VPN every day or only when traveling? ๐Ÿ‘‡

Stronger passwords without losing your mind

Over the past couple of years, the number of stolen passwords in circulation has exploded because of large data breaches and malware that quietly collects logins. At the same time, most people still reuse passwords across multiple services, which makes account takeovers much easier for attackers.

The main problem is not just โ€œweakโ€ passwords, but the fact that one leaked password can unlock several other accounts. If your email, cloud storage and social media share the same or very similar passwords, a single breach can quickly turn into a chain reaction.

A few practical rules help a lot:

โœ… Give your โ€œcriticalโ€ accounts (email, banking, main cloud, primary social) unique passwords. No exceptions.
โœ… Use long passphrases instead of short complicated strings: four or five random words are easier to remember and harder to crack.
โœ… Turn on multiโ€‘factor authentication wherever possible and be careful with endless โ€œapproveโ€ requests - those can be part of an attack.
โœ… Assume some of your old passwords are already leaked. If you reused them on important services, change them to unique passphrases.

You donโ€™t have to fix everything in one day. Start with the 3โ€“5 accounts that would hurt the most if you lost them, and improve their protection first.

If this topic feels relevant, write in the comments which part of password hygiene is hardest for you - remembering, changing old logins, or dealing with MFA - and what youโ€™d like us to explain in more detail next time.

โ˜•๏ธ Stop Trusting Cafรฉ Wi-Fi: 5 Myths Exposed

Hereโ€™s why your hotspot is a trap:

Myth 1: "Passwords make it safe." A shared password means anyone on the network can sniff your data. Itโ€™s a shared room, not a private tunnel.

Myth 2: "I'm just scrolling." Session hijacking lets hackers steal "cookies" to take over your accounts without needing a password.

Myth 3: "The name looks legit." "Hotel_WiFi" vs "Hotel-WiFi." Evil Twins trick you into connecting directly to a hackerโ€™s device.

Myth 4: "HTTPS is enough." It doesn't hide metadata. Attackers still see where you go to build a profile or redirect you to fakes.

Myth 5: "VPN = Forever Safe." Only if it's ON. Many disable them for speed and forget to reconnect, leaving data exposed.

โœ… Survival Checklist:

No banking on public nets.
Disable "Auto-connect."
Use MFA & a reliable VPN.
Mobile Hotspot > Cafรฉ Wi-Fi.

VPNs are back in the spotlight for three key reasons:

โœ”๏ธincreasing cyber threats put personal and professional data at risk;
โœ”๏ธthe growth of remote work makes secure internet connections essential;
โœ”๏ธand content restrictions continue to limit access to information worldwide.

Using a VPN helps safeguard your privacy, ensures secure communication for remote work, and allows you to navigate online content without barriers. Staying protected and connected has never been more important.

Geo-restrictions can prevent gamers from connecting with friends and fellow players around the world, limiting multiplayer experiences and access to international gaming content. VPN and cybersecurity tools help overcome these barriers by providing secure, unrestricted access to global gaming servers. This ensures gamers can enjoy smooth, uninterrupted multiplayer sessions regardless of location, fostering a truly borderless gaming community.
