Very excited to share this presentation by our developer Piotr Dyraga on Keep’s protocol core component - t-ECDSA multi-signatures.
A great comparision of signature types, and an explanation of how t-ECDSA complete the big picture of Keep protocol's privacy solution.
Enjoy this cryptography journey!

Announcing New Technical Leadership in Keep Network
Hello everyone! Today, we are delivering all of the February happenings to you in this new blog post, including new technical leadership, design contest, an interview with our Head of Design, Russian FAQ...
And a suprise!
We are extremely pleased to announce that we are ready to share a still-evolving draft of our Keep Random Beacon Yellowpaper with our community and we welcome your feedback.
For now, it will remain in our Slack, until we finalize it further. We invite you to have a look and let us know what you think.
Included in the yellowpaper is a comprehensive overview of the beacon operation and an early draft of the pricing. As it's still in active development, many details are subject to change as we continue to have it reviewed by community members, mentors, as well as academic and technical advisors.
We're looking forward to discussing it with you!

February Roundup
Random Beacon Yellowpaper and highlights from content, team, and community behind the Keep project.
A trusted, decentralized source of random numbers on Ethereum is what our team has been working towards. The Keep Random Beacon is the first component of the Keep privacy protocol we are launching to mainnet in 2019. We would like to elaborate on why it is essential to release this feature first.
Trusted randomness is the core foundation of decentralization. It removes the need for involvement of a centralized player, oracle or other external entity, allowing for mutual trust across an open network.
In our newest article, we put together the overview of randomness on public blockchains and the reasoning behind our focus on the Random Beacon.
We are looking forward to discussing it with you in our Slack!

Since the Keep Network was first announced, the project and its team have progressed, and so should its visual identity.
You may have noticed that Keep underwent a significant design update.
New elements and colors have been introduced, presenting a new look and feel for the project, creating a sturdy base for our ongoing and future work with different elements of our privacy protocol.
In this new article Keep’s Head of Design Michael Gluzman elaborates on thought process and details of this update. Enjoy and let us know in our Slack how you like the new look!

One of our goals at Keep is to contribute to cutting-edge technology adoption. We do this by providing privacy across public blockchains.
Given the caliber of this responsibility, security is of paramount importance to our project.
One of the most important security components of our protocol is homomorphic encryption - a way to compute over encrypted information without the need to decrypt it.
Today, we bring to your attention an article by Keep’s Tech Lead Piotr Dyraga on how we’ve implemented threshold-ECDSA with homomorphic encryption and sMPC to build decentralized, autonomous system components.
We hope you enjoy reading it, join our Slack to discuss it with Piotr and the rest of the team!
