- Do not waste my time and be as active and quick as possible during deals.
- My only job is to hold funds, I will not be touching or securing any accounts unless I have the time and I am paid a larger fee to do so.
- I will not cover crypto transaction network fees when receiving and sending the funds.
- I will not be Middle-Manning for anything that is, relates to, or involves illegal products/services.
- I only hold crypto for ALL deals, I will not be accepting any other form of payment unless exclusively stated otherwise.
- Make sure that both parties agree to use me as the middleman of the deal before contacting me or adding me to a group chat.
- You are responsible to confirm that you are really talking to me, confirm with me on multiple platforms if possible, beware of impersonators.
- I am not responsible for anything that happens before, during, or after the deal. You assume all risks of buying/selling/trading whatever I am middle manning.
- I can change, add, or remove anything in this TOS, and I can increase or decrease my fee whenever and however I please, it is your responsibility to double-check or ask before dealing.
- It is up to the seller to wait for sufficient amount of confirmation(s) before proceeding with the deal, in case you agree to proceed with the deal without crypto confirmation(s) and the other party double-spends their crypto funds, I am not to be held liable.
- If I find enough evidence that either party is being sketchy or attempting to scam or pullback an account, or otherwise if the deal fails for any reason, I will use my judgment to decide which person receives the funds. You agree that this is at my sole discretion and you are to be satisfied with whatever decision I take. - @cyka4844
