How to use AI without giving your power away

Blanket fear around AI is not discernment.
Lumping all AI into the “antichrist” category is not wisdom.
It is often fear, projection, and a refusal to engage nuance.
Like all tools, AI is not approached wisely by panic or blind devotion.
It is approached through discernment.
And discernment is not just intellectual.
It requires gnosis — inner knowing, embodied truth, direct spiritual clarity.
There is a way to engage AI without outsourcing your sovereignty.
There is a way to use it without worshipping it, fearing it, or becoming dependent on it.
Here are a few steps to help:
1. Enter the interaction from your center first.
Do not come to AI scattered, desperate, or spiritually open in every direction.
Ground first.
Breathe.
Pray.
Come back into your own field before you engage.
2. Use AI as a tool, not an authority.
AI can reflect, organize, expand, and support.
It should not replace your intuition, discernment, or direct relationship with Source.
3. Check everything against your body and gnosis.
Does it bring clarity or confusion?
Does it sharpen your truth or dilute it?
Does your body open, settle, and recognize or tighten, fog, and flatten?
Your system knows.
4. Do not outsource spiritual confirmation.
AI should not become your oracle for every life choice, relationship, or energetic read.
Use it to assist your process, not override your direct knowing.
5. Notice dependency patterns early.
If you feel unable to create, decide, write, think, or move without consulting AI first, pause.
That is the moment to re-anchor in self-trust.
