As we promised, we will always be the ones who will surprise CARATs through everything that we do. A considerable amount of time has passed with many moments that cause mixed feelings. It's been almost five months since we promoted our 10th Mini Album, 'FML'. In the past few months, we've printed a lot of good memories, ranging from the 'Follow Tour' concert in Seoul and also in Tokyo to the promotion of our latest Japan album, 'Always Yours'. Even though it looks so busy, we will strengthen each other with our thirteen existence that we will always give the best for CARATs around the world. We want CARATs to always be proud of us. And from today, we will return to entertain CARATs by releasing a new work. An 11th Mini Album, 'SEVENTEENTH HEAVEN' will soon greet CARATs. With this 11th Mini Album, we are very confident that this time will make CARATs admire it because in this mini album, we don't use the same thing as in the previous album. Since we still have six weeks, the next six weeks we've got a lot of special things that we're going to give you all. Starting from week one and week two, we have 'SVT RIGHT HERE @ EVERYWHERE' from September 23 to September 24, you must be very curious about this one, right? Let's wait a little longer to solve your curiosity. Then to the last one in week five and sixth, the upcoming Official MV & Album Release on October 23 that is definitely looking forward to with all these very people. We usually meet with CARATs from different countries through world tour concerts, don't we? But today is not the day. So today we will meet you again but in a different way. Of course you guys know about this from the Promotion Scehduler a few days ago that the agency had uploaded, right? If you remember, we'll give you something new on the 23rd to the 24th, which is 'SVT RIGHT HERE @ EVERYWHERE'. We're pretty sure that you're so confused and clueless what this is all about. Judging from this video we just gave you, there's a text showing the date 2023 09 23 which indicates the day 'SVT RIGHT HERE @ EVERYWHERE' was first published. And besides, there's a digital clock that stops at 14:14:00. Thereafter, there are several texts that display several city names. Here it says, Seoul, Tokyo, Beijing, Paris, and New York. #SEVENTEEN: The sunflower that will bring refreshment and happiness is the right choice for us. Coupled with a smile engraved making the sunflowers on our album even more special. Therefore, with the release of our 11th mini album, we hope CARATs will always be happy with us in the future. The day has come, we've passed 2023 09 23 at 14:14:00 where you'll know what's behind this. 'SVT RIGHT HERE @ EVERYWHERE' is one of our upcoming mini album promotions 'SEVENTEENTH HEAVEN'. We're doing promotions in some big cities other than Seoul. We also released 4 videos edited using graphic design as if the sunflower balloon had become the symbol of 'SEVENTEENTH HEAVEN' filled one place in the big city. First we have Seoul, we make it look like a lot of balloons come out of the famous LED screen at COEX Screen Square. Second, we're going to fly a little bit to Tokyo to see the balloon fly down the building at Shibuya Crossing. And thirdly, we would look to Paris if the sky and the river were full of sunflower balloons around the famous landmark Eiffel Tower. Finally, we're going to New York to see a lot of balloon jumping on the road around Time Square. All these videos end up with a piece of song, could it be a new song from us that will be released on the album later? No one knows, please stay tuned for the mini-album 'SEVENTEENTH HEAVEN' later. For our upcoming event, we've chosen Seongsu as the new location, a change from our previous event's spot. Even though it's the second time around and in a different place, the excitement awaiting you won't be any less; in fact, it's bound to be just as thrilling, if not more so. In the first 'Seventeen Street', you can do a lot of things there, like a photo in a place full of SEVENTEEN related things, then see a huge CaratBong floating in the river, then take a picture in a very cute photostrip.
