I won’t be surprised if oil prices in India is hiked.
• Houthis striking Saudi oil.
• Ukraine striking Russian oil
• East-West pipeline remains impaired forcing more dependency on Hormuz, while Iran striking Hormuz.
• Armed groups trying to shut valves on Libya’s Sharara pipeline.
Oil companies or Govt will absorb losses for sometime & then they will have to pass on the price hike to customers.
🛢️ Oil price hike = Inflation rises, so most everyday items price will rise. Pay attention to your family expenses. Sit & audit it - where you can reduce non-essential expenses.

Some international mutual funds have reopened for new investments, but don't rush in out of FOMO.
The funds that are open are all actively managed. It is very clear from years of data that it is incredibly difficult for international active funds to outperform the index.
Even very recently, data (here) showed that none of the active GIFT City funds are outperforming the index.

My feeling is 'burnout' in the IT or tech industry will be growing.
Top management folks wants much faster code delivery now as they're spending money on AI accounts for each developers.
Also cutting teams as "you can take help from AI & get it done".
So one person will have to look after more tech stacks & deliver faster as well.

In last 5 years, many of SBI Mutual Funds schemes have really performed poorly.
SBI Mutual Fund is one of the largest AMCs as per AUM.
Seems like their style isn't working out in current phase of the market.
