In 2022, being an Sovereign Individual isn't a luxury, it is a necessity.
National Pension System (NPS)

Let's say you're 28.
You invest ₹4200/month in an NPS fund till you're 60 years of age.

Once you're 60,
You get ~₹90 lakh lump sum return.
And ~₹30,000 monthly pension forever.

₹4200 you're paying now can be claimed in ITR (₹50k total). Also, the ₹90 lakh maturity amount is fully tax-free.

I personally think it is better to buy five 1g gold coins than one 5g coin, even if I have to pay a bit more premium.

As in worst case, if I have to use it in future - I can give someone one 1g coin in return for a service and still have 4g left.

Can't do that with a 5g coin.

JFS is led by Govt/RBI close ally KV Kamath. He is the same person who scaled ICICI's business.

Spend at least 20% of your time with people who are at least 10 years older than you (preferably not family members).

You’ll bring them vision & energy.
They’ll give you wisdom & opportunities.

HR is not there for the benefit of the employees.

They are there to limit the liability of the employer.

That's by design and very few understand this.

In a salaried world,

Raises and Promotions are NOT given to the employees who work the hardest. They are given by management to those they KNOW and LIKE.

If you are a salaried individual, best way to increase your salary is to be 'known' & 'liked'.

Set aside atleast 5% of your monthly income (after taxes) and put it in a bank account called "Enjoyment Fund".

Don’t invest it ₹ ₹ ₹.

Spend it recklessly on experiences & things you want to do for personal enjoyment, and don't make yourself justify that spending.

If I give you ₹1000 every day for 10 years, you will have ₹36,50,000.

If I give you ₹1000 and then 0.5% on your balance every day, at the end of 10 years you will have ₹80,56,11,03,397.

That's the power of Compound Interest 🚀

You will never look at money the same way again once you start investing.

When you see your ₹500 turn into ₹565 for the first time, you won't waste your money anymore on things that don't multiply your money.

Investing creates a new way of thinking.

Many didn't notice this yet but slowly & steadily Monero (XMR) has climbed from the 30th spot to 27th largest crypto as per market cap.

No company/influencer pumping it.
No one knows who created it.
Most exchanges don't list it.
Best cash alternative.
No VC/Govt loves it.

I don't buy iPhone because I can't really own it. Even after paying unnecessary amount of ₹ ₹ ₹, Apple still owns my iPhone.

Apple/Tim Cook decides
- What stuff I can see on their hardware
- What exact apps I can download
- They even wanted to scan all personal photos & messages so that I don't have something 'bad' (Source)

Buying Apple products = Contributing to abolishing Democracy.
