I believe, today there was a good amount of buying/selling from Employees' Provident Fund Organisation or EPFO.

SBI Nifty 50 ETF (SETFNIF50) had 31,07,651 volume - the most traded ETF today. Almost 2X of NIFTYBEES volume. EPFO is known to invest only in SBI's ETFs.

DIIs (EPFO part of that) were also net seller of ₹1378.12Cr. Maybe EPFO was booking some profits.

NSE has released its quarterly passive report.

• Total market size: ₹5.8 lakh crore.

• ETFs have 4X more AUM than Index Funds. Few institutions like EPFO have pushed this number high. ETF volume remains low to average & improving rapidly.

Many Sovereign Gold Bonds (SGB) are currently trading at a 3%+ yield, basically more than Savings Bank Account + gold price appreciation.

Total Yield Maturity
SGBSEP28VI = 3.07%
SGBAUG28V = 3.03%
SGBJUN29II = 3.02%

Good for people looking for constant cash flow (dividend) without selling the asset.

- @InvestRepeat
Somebody is trying to buy 100 Sovereign Gold Bonds alone. That's 100g 'fake' gold.

So for about ₹5 lakh, he will ensure around ₹15,000 cash flow (dividend) credited to his/her bank account each year without doing anything.

This is how you use your money to buy more income.

Oct 2022's dividend update. Received from

Sovereign Gold Bonds
Crypto Staking Rewards (Haven't converted to fiat yet)

Have moved back focus on building strong monthly cash flow (like dividends) that I will keep receiving without doing any work.

Average monthly stock dividend & crypto staking reward is now in 3 digits. Next goal is to hit the 4-digit mark.
🚨 Numbers are out: India's M3 Money Supply grew by 9.1% in Oct 2022.

In dumb terms, Indian Govt & Central Bank RBI printed 9.1% more fiat currency in just 1 month.

The INR you're holding has been silently devalued by Indian Govt & elite bankers, and you got poorer. Thanks for playing this fiat game.

The more Indians buy iPhones in India, the more Indian Software innovation will halt.

• You can't push apps or new innovative features to iOS without Apple's own App Store & without Apple's approval.

• You can't charge/bill your own app's customers without Apple's own payment system & without Apple's approval.

📱 Apple is a strictly gated community where Apple is the dictator & will crush anyone who doesn't obey their rules. Very few understand this.

Most medium/large companies use Jira tasks/stories to track internal work. Atlassian runs Jira Software.

Companies are so scared of the economy that they are even cutting down their Jira costs.

Motilal Oswal Nasdaq 100 ETF (MON100)

Current Price: 88.15
iNAV: 86.29

It's trading at more than 2.2% premium, which is huge. If you're planning to buy - you should only go for Limit Orders at a price closest to iNAV. Do not overpay.

Stage 1 → Startups start firing. Small companies put a hiring freeze.

Stage 2 → Small companies start firing. Mid-level companies put a hiring freeze.

Stage 3 → Mid-level companies start firing. Large companies put a hiring freeze.

Stage 4 → Large companies start firing.

We are in stage 3. If you read history, you'll know maximum pain in the economy starts after stage 4 is completed; not before or during the stages are going on.

After a long time, Motilal Oswal Nasdaq 100 ETF (MON100) was the most traded ETF of the day.

Current Price: 88.16
iNAV: 86.15

Bad news is - Due to SEBI/RBI restrictions it is still trading at more than 2.3% premium. People not buying near its iNAV price are losing 2.3%+ instantly. Avoid paying any premium.

Few days ago, Reliance announced demerger/listing of Jio Financial Services (JFSL) to move into insurance etc. business.

Today Reliance announced KV Kamath as chairman Of Jio Financial Services. He is known as the father of retail consumer finance in India and is very close to RBI Governor as well as Indian PM.

Reliance is probably preparing for something big in this sector too.

🇨🇳 China is not growing anymore.

World's largest hedge fund manager Ray Dalio's projection that China is a rising superpower and investing 'god' Charlie Munger's heavy investment/support for the Chinese companies & the CCP - seems to be not working out.

Whenever you receive a legitimate call from a call centre for loans or products - don't talk with them in an aggressive manner. Just say NO politely.

They are just doing their job to support their family.

Your job is to respect his hustle to feed his family.

TALK POLITELY.

A family member completed 3 months of his salaried life & decided to start his term insurance today.

He will pay ~₹75,000 (after discount) annually for next 5 yrs. And if in case he passes away before age 75, his family will get ₹1.5 crores.

This ₹75k can be claimed under Section 80C, so tax deductible. His EPF is around ₹50k. So he will put the rest ₹25k in an ELSS Mutual Fund.

So total ₹1.5 lakh tax slab reduced and with that he now has safe EPF investment, risky ELSS investment and a term life insurance cover.

Most things covered for him. Very important for everyone to have a health and term insurance.
