Today's food must be
ZERO nutrient compromises;
ZERO glycerine/ethanol
ZERO tea with fruit flavors (oy)
ZERO licorice tea until swelling stays down for extended periods
ZERO even slightly sweet
ZERO animal foods
ZERO starches / substrates
ZERO lectins
ZERO phytates
ZERO added tomatoes (what remains in veg to heat can be okay If the body says it is safe to eat the vegetables in the fridge)
AS LOW AS POSSIBLE,
Nightshade spices
Salts --- salts? Something interesting is happening in the body. Salt intake needs to drop and safe kitchen access must improve to facilitate this. Concentrace mineral drops --
Complex green juice first part of day
Very SMALL and salt-free vegan meals of solid steamed veg
LONG PERIODS OF TIME FASTING WITHOUT FOOD
Swelling from yesterday is down. ONE DROP WITH GLYCERINE & ETHANOL IN IT, WOW. the ashwagandha tulsi and hibiscus tulsi tea are both swelling agents or leaders to swelling. The licorice tea is also if my body has this particular increased sensitivity without sufficient address through resourcing.
