"A so-called external martial art uses very sophisticated methods to enable an individual to use his or her body at the peak of its natural reflexes and potential.
An internal martial art, on the other hand, transforms the body’s natural response to force, in such a way that the opponent’s attack becomes ‘additive’ to one’s own power."

Athena opens up her palm to reveal Nike [Νίκη], the goddess of victory.

Tyche [Τύχη], goddess of fortune / luck favors the bold / strong. Hence, the Greeks say η τύχη ευνοεί τους δυνατούς, meaning "luck favours the strong".

Unless one rises above fear and suffering one cannot attain what is called the 'higher self' and live the life one was meant to live.

Suffering is a human condition experienced by those lost in worldly duality. Opening one's spiritual eye means breaking the shackles of fear-based conditioning.

Thus, one comes to rise above 'the world' and sees the 'game' for what it is. Having done so, one becomes 'non-attached' and indifferent to the world circus and tricks and can't help but chuckle at it.
' Ancestral men carried their weapons and the animals they killed.
And what of women? Soft, they were not.
Among the Gikwe of Zimbabwe, women carried melons, roots, and children on their backs, shoulders, and arms for miles every day.
Among the Goilala of New Guinea, women carried one hundred plus pounds of nuts on their backs upon slick, steep slopes.
Among the Ayoreo of Bolivia, women carried large slabs of salt on top of their already heavy loads.
Not only did these women not complain, but they beautified their suffering, sang cheerfully to each other, and were attuned to the trees, leaves, wind, birds, stars, and humans around them. '

Is this what happens if you don't mention Diane Kazer?

She said that they would give you a lower price and they would take a specially good care of you if you mentioned her. In this video: https://dianekazer.com/DENTAL/
Rijon Erickson writes,

As with all things, context is critical. Athletic performance can take many forms.

I’ll channel your favorite purple person and mine and answer with a few questions:
• Who is the performance for?
• What is it for?
• What are the status and affiliation dynamics?
• Why am I performing at this time in this place?

In your athletic performance, are you seeking joyful togetherness, transcendence, better health, financial acclaim, status? All? None?

Megan Elizabeth writes,

The health, vitality, and honorable capacity of the self and of the relational integrity of the community body.

The ability of the individual in collaborative fluency with other individuals to celebrate the vital Life energy of the individual as part of the collective body and the ability of the individual and the collective body to support and serve and love and honor and preserve and protect with integrity the living relationships between all beings in that collective body.

Honorable warriorship; how family members and community members dedicate their powers to service with and for one another; never service that is extracted, always service that self-strengthens and deepens the vitality of the individual, the relationship, and all participating.

Ninga Odé shared,

' What is the name of the land you are standing on?
What is it in her familiar tongue?
Who are the people who belong to her?
Where are those people now?
How were they moved, killed, eliminated for you to be there today?
You. Not your ancestors. You.
How many of their elders are living?
How many youth?
How many language holders?
What is the language that they speak?
What have you done in defense of that land today?
To show gratitude for her generosity?
To show apology for her pain?
What have you done to uphold her natural claim to relationship? To protect the non-human relatives that rely on her?

What have you done to resolve the oppression you uphold and benefit from? The abuse she endures. To be in right relationship, and to respect the ancestors of this land? To respect her descendants?

What have you done to resolve your spiritual debt?
The one that came with your knowing, where ignorance and your own struggle are no longer an excuse?

This is the standard for trust.

I don't need an explanation of unnatural law or the way it has impacted your own journey here, I understand the spirit of this land completely.

She is mindimooyenh, my matriarch, my mother & she is waiting for you.

We're going to remember that when we come here.
