"I came to the workshop in Athens with a heavy burden of family matters which needed to be solved in Greece. I was completely out of balance and shaking inside from discoveries I had made before. I felt betrayed, lied to and used.
After the workshop I had initiated a family gathering which went smoothly and harmoniously as expected. The next day, Monday I went to civil court in the province to clear some important legal matters, it was a big step as I had to come to an important decision before. This done easily too, I visited my American friend Basil who has a huge farm with free running horses, quasi mustangs. When I arrived there we immediately set out for horse encounter. I stepped out of the car and turned my back to them and waited.
Quickly a 1 year old mare came, she has never had physical contact with humans before and she kissed and nibbled my head and all over my face.
Curiously a beautiful stallion approached and started acting the same and pulled my hairband out of my hair as if he wanted to say that I should leave my hair, antennas to the universe, wild and free, release my heavy tightening thoughts and worries. His name was SPIRIT !!!

the most amazing things come from the most challenging experiences if we know with our bodies that they do

we can intend to meet the challenges we didn't expect

in a way that transmutes them very fast

especially when we anchor it in art and resonance more and more collectively

i am practicing loving the challenges and I go for loving the hardest ones first and notice that they don't stay the hardest challenges when I do that

like breathing into a painful spot in a yoga practice

someone in ourselves who just really needed the prolonged attention and care.
