the prison of the body IS
the cauldron of the mind
what foments
and physically
manifests
alchemical,
pleomorphic,
transmutational,
elemental, broad in variety,
application, creative force,
and essential kindness
the body is capable
of many amazing things
that prisons can't or couldn't
so when we feel imprisoned
we reshape ourselves
dream anew
and are liberated

Getting up and down off the ground, as a living being, is a transformative act of love for the being's body and for the ground, the generous planet that provided the conditions of nourishment that being required for its existence.
When it becomes very challenging or difficult to get up and down off the ground for people whose bodies are experiencing intense experiences, the sacred nature of this becomes so much more readily apparent.
What repairs our knowing, wisdoms, processes, resilience, and physical strength?
What repairs are knowing, wisdoms, processes, resilience, and physical strength?

' What drew you to yoga? What makes you stay in the practice? Present, passion and commitment right in the moment...
"The Magick happens during Forrest Yoga practice; specific cueing, breathing to body parts, heart connecting to the intent.
It is your commitment in deep breathing, focus in tracking sensations and to feel how your body is responding to you.
To expect change is to give your undivided attention to yourself in the practice.
The best gift that you could ever give to yourself"

In recent days, Intuitive Strength and more survivor-led groups of this Intuitive community network have been discussing and practicing http://Forrest.Yoga together because of its particular benefits and wisdom in restoring recovery resourcing to severely disabled survivors of invisible violence.

If you are supporting the work of Ana Forrest and Jose Calarco through a union fit Forrest Yoga membership, we invite you to follow the class replays as we revisit recordings in their calendar since March.

The very first video in their on-demand catalog is Journey of the Warrior Class 1, a September 2020 ceremonial yoga workshop series uploaded March 23rd 2022.

When following our Intuitive group discussions and practices with a membership community such as this one, remember that you do not need to be able to do all the movements specifically as described in order to profoundly benefit from the materials.

To purchase a Forrest Yoga membership, visit: https://www.union.fit/orgs/forrest-yoga

To play this class recording, visit: https://www.union.fit/orgs/forrest-yoga/videos/VSpd1RQqJyRnD46WZ8yFTfNW

To participate in our Intuitive group practice and collaborative dialogues, message t.me/maxmorris or t.me/johannabotanica.

If you do not have access to money to allow you to purchase a membership, we are working to create new options for financially excluded communities to participate directly. Please reach out to us.

If you have the ability to support Ana's work through a paid membership, please do so. Our groups are grateful for the strengthening of these key resources.
