Yesterday, I ran for about 9 minutes in 35 degree weather without much in the way of clothing layers. It felt good. It went well.

Yesterday, 20 minutes mostly running, 45°, light clothing.

Today, 10 loops (between kitchen-sunporch corner and bedroom-powerlines corner), runs through the house.
Then 60 seconds standing only on right foot, and 60 seconds standing only on left foot.
