Although I get frustrated sometimes, being forced to walk the dogs every morning has been a life and soul saving act for me.

“Obligation “ sometimes has a heavy presence in this individualistic death-cult of a culture we live in.

I think that obligations we carry for collective care, even though they aren’t often acknowledged, are what will actually save us.

Unfettered personal freedom isn’t always what it’s cracked up to be.

What is Intuitive social intimacy?

It's not just about sex, or romantic relationships... although those are certainly part of the panoply.

Social intimacy, intuitively part of our collective being, becomes relational integrity; our bonds of awareness, attunement, and caring for one another as extensions of our own individual bodies.

It is a form of intimacy that requires our full participation in relationship with our own selves, first and foremost.

Intuitive social intimacy is vital interstitia of the living community. How do we know ourselves and each other? How do we respect, strengthen, and support one another?

As we endeavor in this often strange or unknown territory... nourishment emerges. Energy, vitality.

These are frontiers well worth exploring.

How are we presenced, pre-accountable, and deeply listening?

Our practice of this changes everything.

Foraged this morning: mint leaves & flowers, persicaria longiseta, hibiscus syriacus, vitus riparia (wild river grape leaves), aegopodium podagraria (ground elder or bishops goutweed), musk mallow, yarrow, viola sororia, taraxacum officianale (dandelion leaves!), rubus idaeus (raspberry leaves), beautiful little clover bunches...

...with rain descending, still, from what seems like a clear blue sky,...

...the early morning sunlight waking my skin, magicking my photoreceptors,...

...and glinting golden vital life-force upon every living being in sight.
