Overcooked vegetables, anybody?

I'm getting better at this, but usually the vegetables are cooked even just a little too long.

Length of steaming time makes a big difference in available nutrients.

It also makes a big difference in whether my body can recover from the effort of preparing food enough to safely digest the prepared food, or to prepare myself for the effort toward my next meal.
