hi folks! a quick cheese trick courtesy of Alton Brown:
start by grating some parmesan
then spoon out some little mounds on a sil-pat and tap down to even out
freshly ground black pepper and/or paprika are nice touches as well
bake at 375 until they look like that
let them cool & eat like crackers, or...
drape over a mug, small can of something or maybe the bottom of a shot glass to allow it to cool in the shape of a little bowl, and then stuff with all kinds of goodies, like meatballs 👌😎
