I bet I could make really good kefir with the clean air in Morocco :-)

I am so grateful that I can make good kefir where I am now, a previous place I was at I could not make it at all. the air quality was too bad for the kefir microbes to be able to make the kefir :-(

it is a major part of my survival and it is also having friends I am working with, like plants in the garden are friends :-)
