So "losing weight" is not only losing weight for anybody, it's cleansing the body.
It's gaining health, gaining mobility, gaining strength, gaining physical facility.
The body needing to be cleansed in ways that still continue to support the nutrient needs of the body.
Which is a lot more challenging if you've been starved to death over and over again.
Because the body is sensitized to really specific nutrient needs and still needs to do a lot of repair of nutrient pathways.
The thing that the body really really needs is to move outside in clean air. To interact with green growing things in healthy ecosystems.
And we are trying to come up with solutions without being able to do that. Which is itself a profound problem that we built a public media network to more properly start to address.
