Attend our Traveling Tabernacle: Every week we are scheduling co-hosts for traveling musical resource broadcasts in support of severely disabled survivors of sex trafficking, marginalization, and intersectional violence.
Please join us Friday evenings, Saturday mornings, and Wednesday mornings for Shabbat, weekly Torah, sacred study, meals, prayer, and music led by our survivors of greatest severity who teach what they've learned about thriving and benefit us with their wisdoms so profoundly.
Because of this community, we are healing and restoring the privilege of recovery.
During these times each week, we center awareness, contemplation, collective intention, and deep details on how we make and keep our spaces completely free of invisiblized intersectional violence, including ritual abuse and human sex trafficking.
We take time to share food together and make music together, strengthening all our selves in community.
We courageously address and continue even the most challenging topics, to the profound relief of our severely affected group members --- topics that otherwise we have never found addressed in a supported community setting.
Most of our group members meet asynchronously --- a great blessing for those who are severely disabled from participating in cultures that usually meet only in "real time" and have not yet recognized how many of us have foundered or remained invisible at the edges of other community spaces.
We create and sustain spaces supportive for survivors. Join us weekly to learn how you can make your spaces resilient and inclusive for all to participate in.

HOW TO RESET GUT HEALTH
Hippocrates βAll disease begins in the gutβ.
The health of the gut is imperative to the health of the body.
Some Signs of an ill functioning gut: bloating, gas, acne, anxiety/depression, constipation, sugar cravings, food intolerances
Here are several things to be aware of in order for your gut to function correctly and reduce inflammation in the body
β Avoid Toxic βFoodsβ
First and foremost you must eliminate what is causing gut issues:
Some things can be brought back in occasionally if wanted (desserts as a treat, sourdough) but to initially fix the gut, be 100% avoidant.
β Chew your food:
Digestion starts in the mouth - The more we chew and break down our food in our mouth, the easier it is for the rest of the digestive organs to do their job. if our food is unchewed then we get bloating and indigestion. Chewing our foods ensures the enzymes in the stomach can do what they need to.
β Fasting: Stopping the constant influx of food for a period of time is essential to give your gut time to heal and repair itself. You can do intermittent fasting within the day or a 24 hour fast every 2-4 weeks to help with this.
β Bone broth - an amazing gut healing food that not only helps to heal any permeability of the small intestine but also improves nutrient absorption. It also adds super essential bone fortifying nutrients such as calcium, magnesium, and potassium. I drink bone broth with sea salt every morning before anything else. Can have this while fasting.
β Eat Probiotic Foods: What type of bacteria and yeast are living in our large intestine will largely determine how healthy and even happy we are. Consume probiotic foods like kefir, sauerkraut, kimchi on a daily basis to promote good bacterial growth in the gut
β Destress: You may be doing everything right with your diet but still experiencing gut issues because of the stress you feel in daily life. This means you never come out of the high arousal sympathetic nervous state, impairing digestion. Chill out and do deep breathing before meals.
