Where I notice the body not needing or wanting food, that is a very interesting experience.

Different from the body being too sick to eat food, different from the body being too exhausted or traumatized to eat food, and different from the body knowing that it cannot digest the food it wants to eat.
More and more this healthy kind of continual digesting, where the body is digesting successfully and it knows it simply does not need to eat.

This is a profound experience in our network for survivors of intentional starvation.

We are restoring safety and digestive capacity through the community tool sets we are using.
Cinnamon blueberry antioxidant macadamia teff seedflour bread, farm butter, manuka honey.

DandeLION greens, russian sage flowers, multiple mints, lemon balm, watercress, broccoli sprouts, cilantro, rosemary, multiple basils, and a kind of tasty cheese. Green onions. Homemade crushed garlic-herb ferment.

Hopeful all honored ingredients listed.

Honor and gratitude to the plant beings growing in our gardens and nourishing us with their presence and offerings. Honor and gratitude to the neighbor animals who have munched them with us! Honor and gratitude to all beings who have brought nourishment to this meal.

Well I just don't know how to tell you how long it's been since I had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. And that was as close as I have gotten to a peanut butter and jelly sandwich in a gazillion years
