Fermenting, sprouting, and soaking are all ways I enhance my food. These are the heroes that help me stay healthy in spite of all that seems to tell me I need to fear aging and all the disease that could come my way. Sprouting seeds is similar to fermentation. Sprouting seeds makes certain nutrients easier to absorb than when the foods are in their non-sprouted form. Check out how easy it is to make a jar of fresh greens on your kitchen counter. Each meal is a time to start anew and change your body by flooding it with nutrients. Check out the podcast for more info. Thank you Mariah Mazza:

White sugar is toxic for the human body & I know most of us can agree on that! Not very long ago, the trusted newspapers, government propaganda & advertising agencies were pushing sugar as healthy on the unsuspecting people. Imagine the damage their charades cost unsuspecting, innocent, people?

Now that we are aware that they’ve been wrong on countless occasions (even stating cigarettes were health promoting), why do you believe everything they tell you today? Science is never settled, science doesn’t work that way, we should always be questioning & evolving - not just believing that the β€œexperts” are correct because all too often they’ve been proven flat out wrong.

Thank you Al Rousseau for the photos and comment below …

β€œDon't believe that everything in the mainstream is governed by one industry or another? Here's what National Geographic had to say about sugar in 1970”- Al Rosseau
Where I notice the body not needing or wanting food, that is a very interesting experience.

Different from the body being too sick to eat food, different from the body being too exhausted or traumatized to eat food, and different from the body knowing that it cannot digest the food it wants to eat.
More and more this healthy kind of continual digesting, where the body is digesting successfully and it knows it simply does not need to eat.

This is a profound experience in our network for survivors of intentional starvation.

We are restoring safety and digestive capacity through the community tool sets we are using.
