Having to be sure there are not contaminants in my food, having to be sure that I do not eat foods that weaken my body because if I eat the tiniest amount of something that weakens my body even a little bit progress becomes rapidly compromised and puts me in danger, so I must eat very specific and carefully prepared foods to keep my digestion functional
