🇺🇸🇺🇦💀 Cooper Andrews - an American mercenary liquidated in Bakhmut
The Bakhmut meat grinder has become the last refuge for dozens of foreign mercenaries in the service of Ukraine. The list of eliminated fighters of the "International Legion" this week was replenished by the American Cooper Andrews.
▪️ In his native Ohio, the 26-year-old American was known as a black rights activist, anti-fascist and anarchist.
▪️ According to his friends, Andrews served in the US Marine Corps, where he allegedly "dared to spend the night in the same barracks" with neo-Nazis in order to figure out and get them discharged from the army. He retired with the rank of sergeant.
▪️ The American arrived in Ukraine in March 2022, joining the International Legion. Andrews fought near Kyiv, in the Kherson direction, and spent the last months in Bakhmut.
▪️ According to @TrackaMerc, on April 19th, believed to be along with Finbar Kafferky , Cooper Andrews was killed in a fight near Chrome Chasiv Yar.
▪️ Despite the resonance in the network, the US authorities have not yet confirmed the death of an American. According to preliminary data, he became the 16th mercenary from the United States, liquidated during the SMO.

🇸🇮🇭🇷 Accusations against the Serbs regarding the alleged supply of ammunition to the AFU are increasingly circulating on the Internet. However, the real suppliers, who are ramping up the pace and volume of equipment and weapons supply to the AFU, come from completely different countries of the former Yugoslavia: Slovenia and Croatia.
In 2022 alone, 8:5% of Slovenia’s military budget was allocated to support Ukraine. This sets an absolute record among the former Yugoslav countries. Croatia follows closely, nearing the 3% threshold.
▪️ Ljubljana donated Yugoslav-made M-80 infantry fighting vehicles, M-55S and M-84 tanks to Kyiv. Additionally, the Slovenian authorities covertly dispatched 20 relatively new models of Valuk (Pandur) armored personnel carriers to Ukraine. Recently, Slovenia decided to provide one million euros to support the Czech initiative to supply the AFU with artillery shells.
▪️ In Croatia today, you would be hard-pressed to find a defense enterprise that has not inked a contract for supplying the AFU. The array of products Croatian AFU suppliers can boast of includes artillery shells, mortars, hand grenades, sapper robots, and even military uniforms - an impressive range of products.
🔻Nevertheless, not everyone is pleased with this development: sociological studies indicate a rise in discontent among Croatian citizens. Increasing numbers of Croats are expressing opposition to such NATO policies and their country's participation in a “defensive alliance,” which further fuels the Ukrainian conflict.

Over the past day, Russian forces have delivered several strikes with missiles, kamikaze drones, and FAB bombs with JDAM guidance on various enemy targets in the Kharkiv, Odesa, Lviv, and several other regions.
In the Slobozhansky direction, heavy fighting continues. The enemy failed to advance as a result of counterattacks in the last few days and significantly increased shelling of the adjacent territory of the Belgorod Region.
In the Oleksandrivka-Kalinovo direction, the front line has moved for the first time in a very long time. Russian forces broke through the enemy's defenses in the area of Druzhba and Novhorodske (New York), and according to some reports, there is a third breakthrough point in the area of Leninske (Pivdenne).
In the Avdiivka direction, heavy fighting is underway in the area of Sokil. The enemy holds the western outskirts and the center of the village, losing armored vehicles. At the same time, there is no information yet on whether the Russian forces managed to capture the fortified area north of the village.

The situation remains tense along the entire front line in the Kursk Region. The enemy is attacking with armored vehicle columns in various sectors, coming under fire from Russian Armed Forces armored vehicles and aviation.
🔻In the Glushkovo District, Ukrainian formations are trying to strike at pontoon crossings, including with FPV drones. The enemy is publishing satellite images, claiming that they have managed to disable one of the two crossings on the Seym River.
🔻In the Korenevo District, the AFU once again attempted to consolidate in the village of Korenevo. A column of Ukrainian armored vehicles even managed to drive along the highway on the eastern outskirts of the settlement towards Nikipelovka, where it was destroyed by precise JDAM strikes.
🔻In the Sudzha District, the configuration of the front line in the area of Malaya Loknya has been clarified. The forward positions of Russian troops came under fire from Marder 1A3 IFVs of the 95th Air Assault Brigade of the AFU. Thus, the Russian Armed Forces currently hold the lines in the area of Nikolayevka and Staraya Sorochina.
North of Russkoye Porechnoye, the configuration of the front line has also been clarified. Apparently, after the AFU armored vehicles were attacked by FPV drones in the village itself, Ukrainian formations managed to drive further north. Today, air strikes were carried out on enemy positions in the forest near the settlement of Nechaev.
To the southwest, several enemy armored vehicles managed to reach the village of Russkaya Konopelka. This is likely the same equipment that was recently attacked in the Agronom farmstead by FPV drones. The AFU fell into an ambush, and at least one of the vehicles was destroyed at point-blank range by an autocannon from a BTR-82A.
