The oral project presentation session will take place on Monday, 13th. All students listed below, together with those who previously froze their marks, must report to the second floor of the SBA on Monday after 2:00 p.m. Each student must choose one of the following options:

[Security] Remind. III Slot Summer Session of July 2026, Exams on Security will be held on day 15th, July 2026, at 09:00 CEST in LAB1 (SBA-2-2) at II floor in SBA Building (in front of Refectory).

Il Festival Informatici Senza Frontiere rappresenta un’importante occasione di orientamento e networking sui temi delle tecnologie digitali, con particolare attenzione agli impatti su lavoro, società ed etica.

Anche per il 2026, grazie al supporto di AUSED e SDG Group — da sempre attenti ai temi della sostenibilità digitale — 20 partecipanti potranno prendere parte all’iniziativa con copertura completa dei costi.

L’edizione 2026: Ctrl+Alt+Human

Dal 5 al 7 novembre 2026, a Rovereto, torna il festival con il titolo Ctrl+Alt+Human.

Tre giorni intensi tra:
talk e incontri con ospiti italiani e internazionali
confronto con ricercatori, docenti, imprenditori e professionisti
laboratori dedicati agli studenti
momenti di networking e intrattenimento

Al centro del festival c’è l’intelligenza artificiale: come sta cambiando la società, il lavoro e la cultura, tra opportunità, rischi ed etica. Un’occasione concreta per riflettere su cosa significa essere umani nell’era digitale.
Le borse di partecipazione

Sono disponibili 20 borse di partecipazione, che coprono viaggio, vitto e alloggio per tutta la durata del festival.

dottorandi
Di qualsiasi area disciplinare. Costituisce titolo preferenziale l’interesse o la competenza in informatica, data science e intelligenza artificiale.

Groups 1 and 2 are summoned at 08:45, Groups 3 and 4 at 9:30, Groups 5 and 6 at 10:15, Groups 7 and 8 at 11:00, Groups 9 and 10 at 11:45, Groups 11 and 12 at 12:30, Groups 13 and 14 at 13:15, Groups 15 and 16 at 14:00. As usual, this timing is purely indicative, the actual beginning time of each group depending on the time of gathering, disposal of smartphones, login time and other delays independent on my will. Therefore, students are strongly invited to bring good quantities of patience.
As usual, students have to bring their passport (or national ID card with picture, or permesso) in hard copy, no soft copies allowed. Also, care the dressing code: no short trousers, no slippers allowed.

Students can find the results of the exam of 14 July 2026 on the Moodle page of the course. The students entitled to defend the project must send me an email no later than 16 July.
Warning:
1. Students stating their intention to defend a project and not actually taking the oral test will be considered as failed.
2. Submissions must be complete, incompleteness will be considered as a penalty.
3. Project defense is an exam, and could result in an increment/decrement of the grade.

For a technical issue the datetime and place of the oral exam did not show up on the Moodle page. The oral exams will take place on Monday 20 July at 09:30 at the second floor of SBA building.

Cari studenti, è disponibile la Huawei Tech Arena Italy 2026, la Call for Ideas dedicata a studenti universitari, neolaureati, dottorandi e giovani ricercatori nel settore delle telecomunicazioni e delle tecnologie wireless.
Il tema di questa edizione è:
Next-Generation RF Technology for Wireless Communication
La partecipazione è semplice e flessibile: è possibile candidarsi individualmente o in team fino a 3 persone, presentando entro il 5 ottobre 2026 una proposta progettuale da inserire in un template ppt già predisposto di massimo 5 slide. Non è richiesto alcun prototipo o demo.
L’iniziativa offre ai partecipanti l’opportunità di confrontarsi con i Research Center Huawei, accedere a workshop tecnici e mentoring, sviluppare competenze di pitch e ampliare il proprio network accademico e professionale.
