I sort of remember coming into this pattern of publishing at any moment it felt most right, the rhythm of it being healing and stabilizing. It seemed to put me in immediate contact with my own self and with some collection of others resonating on the frequency. So it would be 5:00 a.m., 5:15 a.m. I believe actually, and my body would be ricocheting through strange subtle responses to the poisons being introduced to it, most of them misled, lied, or gaslighted about. It would be 5:15 a.m. and I would be wide awake, wondering why. Too much unaware of how my natural cycles were being squeezed, molded, pushed at, pinched. And very faintly realizing how perfect and right it was to imagine myself leaping up, donning shoes, going out running through the dark and pre-dawn morning mist. I figured it out later. Many times, I tried and balked at somatic obstacles, no idea about all the poisons. I mean, inklings. Little ideas here and there, but nothing that stabilized. Like building on sand. And then a lot later on, as the poisons built up and my function repeatedly failed... well, what would there be to do about it anyway? We have all continued to choose this hell. The men with the money say the poisons are good for us, no harm at all. With all that money, they probably know what they're talking about.

"For centuries, it has been common practice to dismiss people who were considered rabble-rousing as being mad. Women especially bore the brunt of these attitudes. During the Salem Witch Trials, the women hanged as witches were more likely to have epilepsy or dissenting views. In the 1800s, women who challenged the status quo were at risk of being declared insane and committed to a mental asylum. Their husbands, fathers and brothers were usually the ones to request institutionalisation, whereby an unruly woman would learn to submit to male authority. Many opinionated women were silenced in asylums." https://chronicallysiobhan.wordpress.com/2016/09/14/disability-and-gaslighting-when-being-disabled-makes-you-crazy β’ https://t.me/Ideaschema/1779 β’ https://t.me/IntuitivePublicRadio/8755

Hardness of belly and lymph from small excess sugars; pain, bloat, sickness.
Food security, food sovereignty; food resource stabilization, food misinformation, food marketing, food trauma, food apartheid.
The word 'food' looks funny writ lots of times...
What is safest for the body while being held down and harmed?
Starvation, despair.
We can trace from the symptoms we catalog to the world we deserve to manifest. We can trace from the resourcing we recognize as necessary through the challenges we have encountered in establishing that resourcing.
When supply gaps and stopgap decisions are made, how do we avoid life-threatening compromises?
If we chart a new path to travel, there is some place to go. On one accessible path, there would be no way to avoid some one thing without entertaining some new thing; here is another possible path. And here is another possible path.
Cleansing fresh vegetables and fruit in combinations that support the nutrient needs of the body have been starvation in the past, impossible or unabsorbable, but are no longer the same as before.
Despite the murky dark, something new is possible now.
Somatic vehicle weeps dark matter tears, yearns entrenched dreams of healthy air and strength and reconstruction of detoxification pathways.
Thrashes in its prison.
Begs silent screaming hope, relief for light and function.
Make the prison pretty enough, no one will suspect imprisonment --- until they're caught themselves in the same trap.
Bars solid, doors clapped shut.
Maybe all are done for.
But is it locked?

"Charrette - a design workshop for solving real world problems. The term "charrette" is derived from the French word for "little cart." In Paris during the 19th century, professors at the Ecole de Beaux Arts circulated with little carts to collect final drawings and models from their students. Students were said to be working "en charrette", or in the carte, while they tried furiously to put finishing touches on their presentation minutes before the deadline.
As we continue our project By Design ... we look at how designers apply their thinking to solve problems. And how they use charrette workshops to try to transform organizations and communities.
Bill Lennertz is co-author ofThe Charrette Handbook and executive director of the National Charrette Institute... a non-profit organization that trains people how to run charrettes and advance community planning and public involvement.
Zahra Ebrahim is principal and partner of archiTEXT, a design think tank and consultancy. She has worked with dozens of clients and led many charrettes."

There is some truth in the old joke about a camel being a horse designed by a committee. But designers believe if you get the right people throwing enough ideas around, you can get a thoroughbred. Designers call that kind of committee a charrette, a kindβ¦
