Portal Recon is a portal submission tool that allows agents to give feedback on potential portals in their hometown. Additionally, you are also given a bonus location. Agents will give feedback on the details of the portal being submitted via a 1-5 star system about if it should be a portal, if the title is accurate, if it is historically significant, if it is visually unique, if the location is accurate, if it has a safe access and if it has duplicates. The closed beta (started in November) was only for L16 agents who lived in San Francisco or Tokyo.
