My sources tell me that, from March 1st, NL-PRIME will begin operating in Nagoya, Japan — apparently leveraging a series of modifications to its onboard video and testing mechanisms supervised by Akira herself.
My sources indicate that a new variant of Akira Tsukasa’s bio card is being distributed via NL-PRIME in Nagoya — I am hoping that Agents on site can help verify this information.

Portal Recon is a portal submission tool that allows agents to give feedback on potential portals in their hometown. Additionally, you are also given a bonus location. Agents will give feedback on the details of the portal being submitted via a 1-5 star system about if it should be a portal, if the title is accurate, if it is historically significant, if it is visually unique, if the location is accurate, if it has a safe access and if it has duplicates. The closed beta (started in November) was only for L16 agents who lived in San Francisco or Tokyo.

At the moment, seems that the prerequisite to be L16 is not more asked because some L15 players were very lucky and received the invite to it.
