At approximately 20:30:00 UTC (2017.02.24) unexpected server issues arose which caused the 21:00 UTC #FateofThe13 Shard jump to fail, the Intel map may also have experienced some disruptions during this window.

As of now, this appears to have been resolved.

The Phase II Shards and Targets are expected to manifest shortly, in time for the 2017.02.25 02:00:00 UTC Shard Jump.

We will continue to monitor this situation, and update you if any further developments arise."
