Cygnus Series Predictions now open!

The Cygnus Series is starting in a couple hours.
Do you think you can predict the score of the Series? Prove yourself on the Anomaly Score Predictor, powered by @IUENG! (Even if no anomalies are scheduled for this series 😅)

Predictions for the bigger events, such as Series Winner, First Saturdays and the first Cygnus Global Op, will close in 72 hours on October 2nd, so this is your final call to register your predictions for all events in the Cygnus Season! Other events will remain open until 24 hours before their start.

🏆 A contest based on the leaderboard results will be running here on @IUENG, with loadouts at stake for the top three positions!

⚠️ Predictions are not made public, be it during the prediction phase or after the results are available! We do not want to undermine the hard work the organisers and Agents of each event are putting into it by potentially dampening motivation due to "unfavourable" predictions. Niantic announced all details on the event for October and November, The Keepers Were First, celebrating Día de Muertos!

The event will run from October 12th @ 1800 UTC to November 11th @ 1800 UTC.

During this event, three Campaigns will be available in parallel through Dispatch in your Scanner. None of them affect Faction score this Season.

🔸Noise Floor - Free
Starts October 12th (automatically added to your Dispatch)
1 Stage with 4 Assignments, 4 bounties per Assignment (complete at least 3 to advance). Rewards up to 2,000 Cygnus Tokens, distributed as you advance.

🔸Blank Shell - 15,000 CMU
Can be purchased at any point during the event
5 Stages, 4 bounties per Assignment (complete at least 3 to advance). Blank Shell Medal awarded at the end of Stage 1. The following Stages award Portal Shields and Resonators.

🔸Cempasúchil - 15,000 CMU
Can be purchased at any point during the event
5 Stages, 4 bounties per Assignment (complete at least 3 to advance). Cempasúchil Medal awarded at the end of Stage 1. The following Stages award Ultra Strikes, XMP Bursters and Power Cubes.

- Neither paid Campaign awards Cygnus Tokens

The first ever MD in Northeastern Thailand (Isan) is upon us! Proudly presented by a very important ambassador, KK the dinosaur, a symbol of Thailand's first dinosaur discoveries!🦕

If you notice dinosaurs on the street signs, you're not imagining things. Thailand's first dinosaur bones turned up just west of here in the 1970s, and the city has never let anyone forget it. This is also the unofficial capital of Isan, with a university that keeps the cafes full and a lake in the middle of town that's best around sunset. Bring an appetite, because the food is the real reason people stay longer than planned.

During the MD, you'll experience the local lifestyle and hospitality of Isan's friendly heart: the perfect opportunity to meet new agents and create unforgettable memories together.

Niantic acknowledged the server issues that affected the game during the deployment of Battle Beacons at the end of the last septicycle, as a reward for scanning Portals.

From now until the end of the Cygnus Global Battles, a daily free Rare Battle Beacon will be available to all Agents in the in-app store. This means that you will be able to redeem up to 16 free Rare Battle Beacons until the end of the month.
