- #shard29 in USA has only 370 km to the Res Target
- #shard30 in Indonesia is in a perfect position to be scored by Res agents
- #shard33 in Chile has only 695 km to the Enl Target but Res agents take it further at every jump
- #shard34 in USA is ever inside of the NOAA infrastructure (available only to local workers that are only Enl agents)

Since no agents were in Capo Verde to play the #shard43, apparently Niantic has decided to move it directly to France with a Referee action at the 0500UTC jump!
