Have you attended the Chicago Buried Memories XM Anomaly?
If you did, we hope you enjoyed the day out playing Ingress and made some great memories with other players!
The lovely Agent @MrChics (who created this awesome celebratory design!) is planning to create a video with the best highlights from the event! If you have captured some pictures or videos of the action during the GORUCK challenges, the XM Anomaly, the Mission Day or Operation Clear Field, make sure to send them his way, they might be included in a souvenir of this memorable day!
We are looking forward to the result! We'll keep you posted!

Niantic has set a new deadline for activating the integrity check.
It will now be activated next Monday, June 3rd, to check whether your devices have strong integrity. If this is not the case, you will no longer be able to play Ingress on the affected devices from this date onward.
You can find all information about the check here: https://t.me/IUENG/6664

Agents are reporting that the issue with passcode rewards for the Wayfarer Challenge is resolved. Redeeming the codes again should work now.
Note that the rewards have not gone out to everyone yet. Niantic gave themselves until tomorrow to distribute the passcode and the OPR Live tick. If you haven't received either after tomorrow we'd advise you to post on the Wayfarer forums, but until then you should wait.

Just like last year, June 14th is World Blood Donor Day! It is once again the perfect time to roll up your sleeve and donate some of that red gold in your body.
Need a little incentive? The folks of the #RedFaction are sending out a special embroidered patch for giving blood! Simply take a photo of yourself with your Ingress agent IGN somewhere in the picture while 'raising a sleeve' (donating a pint of the dark red stuff). Post the picture to Social Media and fill out the form on the website! There is no time limit for receiving the patch, donating blood does not have to be done on June 14th specifically and can instead be done all year round!
Can't donate blood? Agent @CtrlAltFck has created and shared files for a mission banner! You can use these to create a new banner to support the community as well.

One of our Field Reporters is donating plasma as we speak! In a plasma-only donation, the liquid portion of the donor's blood is separated from the cells. Blood is drawn from one arm and sent through a high-tech machine that collects the plasma. The donor's red blood cells and platelets are then returned to the donor along with some saline.
This type of donation takes longer (about half an hour up to 45 minutes after being hooked up), but is just as important as donating blood! Our Field Reporter will be able to use this time to relax, read or hear music.

Niantic has released Update 2.143.1 to the App Stores!
New in this version is a much appreciated Quality-of-live change: while managing your inventory, instead of keeping the (+) button held down to select all items, you can now use the (-) button when the counter is at 0 to instantly select all items of the selected type! This can be done in both the inventory view as well as the Capsule view.
Tap on the GIF above to see how it works in action if you can't see the entire Scanner screen!
