Santiago, Chile is warming up for the imminent Anomaly Event!
In about 3 hours, the Chilean capital will experience the second event for this Anomaly Weekend but, in the meantime, the GORUCK Urban Ops are getting underway! Several updates have been made to the new Bounties feature, including adding sound and vibrations as well as automatically resyncing with the server once you open the Bounties screen.
Bug fixes include an updated Portal Key scrollbar to prevent accidental jumping in the key list as well as a check for sufficient XM levels before you attempt a Glyph Hack via the Dronenet.

- The "Complete 1 Mission" Bounty was removed.
- Values for the "Earn X Glyph Points" Bounty were updated. (A reduction from 24 to 16 was observed)

Niantic has announced a small update to the Shard Nights going forward.
In addition to spawning at the end of the event, additional Rare Battle Beacons will now be deployed on Shard Spawn Portals approximately 18 minutes before the Shard is scheduled to jump. Interaction with these Battle Beacons also count towards earning the Cryptic Memories Anomaly medal to ensure that every agent will be able to gain it.
The Battle Beacons themselves will have no influence on the final score of the Shard Night.
