Avenir was defeated!
In the current minutes, Agents are hacking this media, depicting Avenir in one final, menacing speech:
You have deactivated REDACTED!
Clever...
This will only delay us!
We will infiltrate prime as we did redacted
and then... you will have nowhere left to hide.
Another battle is won, Agents. But the war against Nemesis continues...

🎉 Today we reached 14 thousand members!
Our heads are still fully blown by this phrase, the celebrations for 12345 members were only on June 8th, how is it possible we grew up for over 1.7k people in almost 4 months?
In this same period of time, a lot has happened: many Ingress Prime improvements, the Nemesis Series start, monthly Global Challenges, end of support announced for Scanner [REDACTED] which is now gone forever, a new kind of Event introduced (NIA Field Tests), Global XF Shards and much, much more! We enjoyed living all these happenings with you by our side.
So, first of all, thank you, Agents, for the constant support you give to the channel, it’s become even more evident when we opened our discussion group (which I honestly never expected to last; I repent and will never doubt again).
As we said last milestone, you are what keeps the channel running: without community, Ingress is no more, so thanks a lot for being this awesome.
Please keep contacting us for anything, from questions, to Anomaly calls to action; from events pictures, to just a “Hello! How’s it going?”. We’re humans, we’ll read every message (although maybe we can’t answer all of them in busy periods ‘^^)
Next, I would like to give a special mention to @PiPrime, @CrystalWizard and @Ishira, who help us admins in the moderation of our discussion group and answered our call for help with enthusiasm!
Last but not least, I (carlobolla) personally would like to say thank you to @GigaThunder and @GloomyQueen, fantastic colleagues that, now more than ever, push me to keep up this endeavour: I am just an Ingress enthusiast, not a machine, but these girls have double the energy and passion than me and without them this channel would not have reached this point. May this collaboration and our friendship last forever!
If you want to help us more than what you already do, we have a feedback form you can fill in if you have a couple minutes to spare, or a donation link to help us buy a coffee for anomaly nights (or XF Shards nights :P), or swag we’ll give away on special occasions :)
Yours: carlobolla, GigaThunder and GloomyQueen for @IUENG

Information on NL-1331 in Seoul events
RSPV and more info
▷ Deaddrop and instant random giveaway
A variety of prizes are available!
The traditional Deaddrop method was to find and acquire treasures hidden in real life. But this Deaddrop goes a little differently than before, and since there are no hidden items in the real world, you don't have to go around looking for hidden treasures first. The hints related to Deaddrop will be presented on the NL-1331 RSVP page and the Ingress Korean Telegram channel on the day of the event at 3 p.m.
Based on these hints, the gifts will be given to those who have performed the mission at 5 p.m.
We'll also give you a lot of gifts through the instant random giveaway starting at 5 p.m., so please note.
▷ Ingress Meetup
After finishing the NL-1331X event, we will hold a meeting with a new member of Niantic at the small theater of the Cartoon House on 1F of the Seoul Animation Center that can accommodate 40 people about an hour starting at 6:30 p.m. It will be a time for us to listen to many of your valuable opinions.
As always, we ask you to pay special attention to your safety!
Happy Hacking!

#Umbra Anomaly Rules: Explained!
Chapter 1: Overview & Capture Battle
The Umbra Anomalies will consist of four challenges taking place in a three-hour period. Scores for two of these challenges will be recorded with measurements every 20 minutes, one will have measurements every 5 minutes and one will have the score unveiled at the end of the Event, giving the final result.
The four challenges are:
• Capture Battle (35 points)
• Longest Link Path (40 points)
• Unique Portal Hacks (15 points)
• Deciphering Challenge (10 points)
for a total of 100 points per city.
Only Agents who have purchased an Onsite Activation ticket are eligible to have their score counted in the challenges!
The winner faction of the Umbra Series (tie broken by summing the score of all cities) will gain the second choice of a Umbra Key Advantage, usable in the Nemesis Sequence Finale in 2020 (the Enlightened won the first one by capturing Myriad).
All Portals within the Anomaly Zone will have an orange, red, yellow or purple Ornament during the Anomaly. The playbox will be neutralized during the two hours before the Anomaly not changing flipcard inoculation. This neutralization may occur multiple times before the Anomaly.
Capture Battle
Umbra is trying to gain hold via neutral portals in the Anomaly Zone; agents must capture and keep them. Capturing and holding these portals for your Faction will keep Umbra's barrier vulnerable.
The classic of Anomaly Challenges! A captured Portal will score 1 point for the Owner's faction. Approximately 10% of the playbox, different every measurement, will be marked in orange, those Portals are worth 5 points instead of 1.
Measurements will happen every 20 minutes from the start of the Anomaly, measurement windows are 2 minutes wide.
35 points will be split between the two Factions based on the highest raw score achieved in any of the measurements.

#Umbra Anomaly Rules: Explained!
Chapter 2: Longest Link Path and Unique Portal Hacks
Agents must make a long path of links starting from one of their Faction's Base Portals. Long link paths can destabilize Umbra’s barrier, and get us one step closer to re-establishing the connection between the Niantic Project Researchers and our world.
During periods in between measurements, Base Portals for each Faction (highlighted with a decorated triangle in yellow for the Enlightened and in purple for the Resistance) will spawn in the playbox. Goal of the challenge is to create a non-looping chain of links from those Portals. The longer the chain, the more points will be awarded.
The first Link in the chain will be worth as many points as its length in Km, the second Link will be worth double its length in points and so on up to 8x the length of the 8th Link.
The raw score for each Faction will be its maximum score from any of the measurements (happening every 20 minutes after the start) during the Anomaly Period. 40 Anomaly Points will be then distributed to the two teams on a percentual basis.
Unique Portal Hacks
Agents must hack as many different portals in the Anomaly Zone as they can. Hacking the portals casts the net to capture Umbra.
Only during the Anomaly Period, from start to end, each Agent will have his unique hacks - only in the Anomaly Zone - counted.
At the end of the Events, top and bottom 15% of each Faction's leaderboard will be removed, and the score calculated taking the average number of Unique Anomaly Portal Hacks for each Faction. The winner of this challenge will get all of the 15 points at stake!
⚠️ Only Agents who purchased an Onsite Activation Ticket will have their links or unique hacks counted for the final score.
