Shard #7, The Interpreter, is the third Shard to land on the Oklahoma City target! The incredible "Shard Highway" created by US Agents payed off as "Brexit" followed the same path as Shards #2 and #3!

Congratulations to British, Irish, Canadian, American Agents and everyone that handled the path of this Shard!

The second point for this jump comes from Asia! Shard #10, The Listener, travelled its final 88km from Huxi, to Tainan landing right on target as it passed through the intricate links around the city!

Japanese Agents are cheering as well as the Shard spawned in Sapporo and since then has travelled around the mainland, from island to island in 27 Jumps, scoring us the 5th point in this Event!

Another great fact about Jump #27! Shard 11, The Visionary, has crossed the International Date Line with a massive 6812 Km Jump!
It landed on Easter Island in the Pacific Ocean and it's now headed towards Paraguay, it seems: let's see if it will score in the next jumps!

Contrarily to what affirmed by Niantic in previous times, there will be one last update to Prime before Redacted is retired.
Ingress Prime v2.32.2 will be coming to your scanners in the next few days!

Release Notes

• UI: Portal attack damage is displayed with numbers only (no backgrounds or boxes).
• UX: Added an “End Tutorial” button to the main menu while the agent tutorial is in progress.
• Bugfix: Main menu buttons are accessible after opening Events then returning to the main menu.
• Bugfix: Increased tap target on nearby portals card to open remote portal view.
• Bugfix: To be consistent with passcode redemption and level up field kits, agents can purchase items at 1,999 items even if they will exceed the 2,000-item limit. (Agents must drop below the item limit before hacking additional items.)
• Bugfix: Long-press menu is only accessible on the map view.
• Bugfix: Dropped items display level color.
• Bugfix: Mission passphrase dialogs stretch to fit content.

Niantic made adjustments to the hack output item animations and windows. Moving animations to the left side of the screen and windows above the action circle opens up important map real estate for continued play. Additionally, tapping a portal now opens the portal detail view directly, even if there are hack output windows open on the map.

A key parity feature that aids in on-the-move gameplay is long-press hacking on the map. Agents can now long-press a portal and swipe to hack with or without a key. No need to enter the portal detail view if you want to grab some gear on the go.

Niantic have also added animations to better explain swipe actions one can make on the main menu button. A long-press on the main menu button expands to three primary buttons usually seen inside the main menu. This allows for quick swipe gestures without having to leave the map. Swipe up for the attack carousel, left for inventory, or right for comm.

Protip: The small dots on the main menu button indicate that long-press actions are available. On the portal detail view, agents can also long-press the swipe the Deploy, Hack, and Charge buttons.

Moving on to the inventory carousel, it appears as though Ingress items may have been affected by dark matter or some as-yet undiscovered ordered data. The base color of inventory items or “XM objects” has shifted to mirror the XM hue, and item level and rarity colors should now be more visible for most items. This should help agents more easily identify items at a glance.
