The new Medals for the Prime Challenge, Operation Clear Field and Stealth Ops events have been pushed to the participating Agents' Scanners!

​​Agents,
The current version of Ingress is not compatible and will not be supported by iOS 12.

However, Ingress Prime will be compatible with iOS 12 upon its release in October.

Shortly, Agents with iOS 12 that register to attend the October 20th anomalies no later than October 5th will be granted access to the Ingress Prime beta at least a week before the event. Instead for Mission Days and NL-1331 meetups, you will not be able to play but will still earn the medal upon personal check on your participation.

Niantic announced that, starting with an early beta in Brazil and South Korea, Pokemon Go trainers who reached level 40 will be able to request new Pokestops (and consequently, Portals).
It's unclear whether or not they will get access to the OPR website too, but the Ingress Agents able to do so will have to review these new submissions too!

Buckle up and prepare yourselves, OPR is going to speed up some more!

Reddit user jamonathin reports that a new feature appeared on the OPR system, that asks the reason for marking a portal candidate as low quality. There are 5 main option, each of them has other sub-choices.

The portals that are not in none of the presented options, have to be evaluated with 2 or more stars

Agent @SiddharthSL reports that the announced new version of Ingress compatible with iOS 12 is finally available on the App Store!

As @AgtMuns shows us, the new version of Ingress for iOS 12 has some problems with the iPhone X, as some parts of the game are not completely visible

If any of the options doesn't describe why the OPR portal was evaluated one star, under the "portal criteria" a new option was added that allows Agents to input a valid reason for the rating
