Niantic has launched the Glyph Challenge! The goal of this challenge will be to create a specific glyph, announced every month, on the Ingress Map using Links! Then take a screenshot of it and post it on G+ with the hashtag #GlyphChallenge! Exceptional works of art will receive a passcode with 20 redeems, to share with your team!
Moreover, for the lore enthusiasts, this challenge will have a direct impact on Niantic's research!

Niantic gave some clarification about off-site participants and the policy for being able to earn a medal.
Off-site support participants who performed at least one of the following roles are eligible:
- Providing Intel operator services
- Involved in decoding Anomaly Intel
- Involved with organized Portal recharging
Off-site supporters will not need to register with Niantic in advance to receive the medal.
Rechargers
Niantic will provide a list of Agent names and the amount of recharging each Agent performed during the Anomaly, by faction, to the faction POCs. Based only on that list, faction POCs will let Niantic know who is eligible for a remote recharger medal.
The measuring of recharged XM will happen on Portals inside the Anomaly playbox and from the start to the end of the last measurement only!
Decoders and Operators
Faction POCs will also provide Niantic with a list of eligible Agents providing Intel operator and decoding Anomaly Intel services.

If you think you have what it takes to dispute this endeavour, form a team of 6 and attend a Prime Challenge in one of the Primary Anomaly Sites. The best teams will be selected to participate in Operation Ko Lan!
