​​​​Agents are reporting that Badges for the NL1331 Meetups of Kaltemberg, Prague, Krakow and Lviv are being pushed to the Scanners!

Also, we are receiving a rumor from a source very close to NIA which states that Event Badges are being pushed on a regular basis so many cities will receive a badge at once, but the frequency remains unknown...

Niantic is aware of the log-in issue and are currently working to identify the cause and a resolution. Clearing Ingress' data and cache or reinstalling might solve your problems, in the meanwhile.

Andrew Krug and the Niantic team answered 105 Questions in June's AMA. Here are the highlights!

Anomalies
- Advanced Intel for the Resistance, who won the #DarkXMCure Challenge, will emerge shortly prior to the Anomalies taking place.
- More hotel deals for Anomaly are likely to be made in the future and for increasingly more cities.
- Registration Sites and Anomaly Rules will be coming soon™

Mission Days
- The "final list" was only for EMEA events. The usual Post-Anomaly MD will still be coordinated with the POCs and is likely to take place all the same

Portal Submissions
- There was a bug that was identified affecting Portal Submission emails. It should have been already fixed.

NL1331
- The Niantic van will have a tour in North America. More details to be unveiled.

Ingress Prime
- The closed beta hasn't started yet.
- Asked if this is the last AMA before Prime, Andrew responded with a "#slowclap Bravo! Well done!". Sarcasm?
- Game mechanics will not change as soon as Prime is released, changes might occur in the future.

Details Recap:
- Stealth lasts only 5-6 hours to give you the opportunity to join anomaly on Saturday, but it will be more difficult
- Urban is replaced by a new type of event. The Urban patch tier is considered suspended for now.
- Operation Ko Lan is an elite competition in Thailand in 2019, stay tuned!

Prime Challenge

Prime Challenge will be run during the anomaly itself, and will be a new way to experience the anomaly and support your faction. You will participate in squads of 6. There will not be a weight requirement. It will be fast-paced and quick-moving both mentally and physically.
Prime Challenge is a part of the anomaly, and the outcome will directly affect the anomaly score. However, you must either play on an anomaly team or a Prime Challenge team, not both.
You will complete registration on Niantic's site, and then complete a separate registration for your squad. You will be competing together. The best performers will be eligible for Ko Lan -- stay tuned for a bigger announcement from Niantic with the specifics!

Intel Ops

It will be a mental challenge as Stealth is a physical challenge. You will not be able to do both events at once.

Patches

Stealth will be a patched event. Goruck will continue doing Stealth tiers until their tiered patch supply lasts, as always. Prime Challenge will not have patches. OCF will not have participant patches, but there will likely be patches for the winning teams.

In-scanner badges

Goruck hopes for at least one new badge this year, and a tiered badge announcement, but that is ultimately in Niantic's hands. The normal in-game anomaly medal will be only for in-site participants.

Operation Portal Recon: Live

Submit portal additions, edits, and deletions in the anomalous zone, and have them processed by live NIA ops.
