An experiment involving +November Lima has resulted in NL1331 Portal Keys spontaneously destabilizing from some Agent's inventories.
Until the experiment and its effects can be fully explored, NIA Operatives will manually re-stabilize NL-1331 Portal Keys in the inventory of agents who have hacked the #NL1331 portal in the past.

The @IUENG redaction saw an interesting conversation between +NL1331 and Agent +Douglas Sines about the NL1331 Tiered Medal not being retroactive:
NL1331: +Douglas Sines the main reason (for the Badge to not be retroactive) being this badge has to last the life of Ingress. We won't make another NL1331 badge beyond this tiered badge. Yes it's a big number and no not everyone will get onyx and that's ok. It makes getting that 50 number all the more notable.
Douglas Sines: +November Lima But you can't at least give credit for one meetup? It would simply be like the transition to Mission Day when it became tiered. I understand it has to last the life of Ingress and love the switch to making it like anomalies - it helps the swag from ever being depleted for the yearly badges for people actually going to the event. I imagine that was one of the biggest reasons why for the transition.

We’ve discovered numerous Anomaly-like XM events -- many of which seem to share structural similarities to our past experiences with XM Anomalies.
