Second contender: Maurice Princet, a French actuary in the late 19th Century. He may have helped bring into the world a powerful artistic movement: His influence with Pablo Picasso led to the birth of Cubism, and thus perhaps future movements that began to interface art and science.

#EXO5 #Rules #Changelog
Some changes affected the rules for the next Anomalies, here are the major changes in bold text:

- The events will be divided in three phases, as before: Portal Battle, Shard Shuttle, Link Frenzy. Every Phase will last 1 hour, followed by a 30 minutes intermission

- First Phase (Portal Battle): Scoring has changed. The highest Enlightened score achieved during any of the four Measurements will be paired against the highest Resistance score achieved during any of the four Measurements, and the 100 Anomaly Points will be distributed as a percentage based on that pairing.

- Second phase(Shard Shuttle): Some names and values were modified. Target Portals are now Research Nodes and are highlighted in yellow for the ENL and red for the RES. There will be between 4 and 32 Research Nodes per faction and between 11 and 91 Shards. 1 Point is scored if the Shard lands on a Research Node. It then can be moved to another unvisited Research Node to score more points. The 100 points will be divided as a percentage based on the total scores accrued by the factions.

- Third Phase(Link Frenzy): This phase will measure Links connected to Active Anomaly Zone Portals instead of Control Fields. Four Measurements will occur instead of two. The scoring system will be the same as in Phase One

- Primaries and Satellites are back: Each Primary Anomaly will contribute a value of 2 towards the series. Each Satellite Anomaly will contribute a value of 1 towards the series. By controlling five or more of the eight Primary or Satellite Anomalies on an Anomaly Day, a Faction will earn 1 Bonus Point.

- Houston has become an Ancillary Anomaly: it will host only one phase, the Portal Battle, worth 100 points and a not measured Operation Clear Field. The Ancillary Anomaly will contribute a value of 0.5 towards the series.
