Today, the G+ page of Ingress wrote some posts made in this way:

The first thing I though about was they were agents who in some way cannot receive the code through the mail system. I investigated a bit and it is false because they ever received the emails from the Niantic.

Also, the situation created on the last post is unbelievable: Agent A. was in the #730club and posted his screenshot as all the other agents some days ago. Agent A. yesterday was banned. The Niantic team today tagged Agent A. with the same message as the others with the congratulations to him for the dedication on the game.

An hour ago all these types of posts were deleted.

What did happen there? We can only guess..
