Yesterday, Lebanese terrorists operating out of the coastal city of Tyre fired anti-aircraft missiles in an attempt to bring down Israeli aircraft.

There was never any real threat to the Israeli Air Force planes, and they immediately destroyed the terrorist cell in question.

But needless to say, it would be a major "victory" for these terrorists to actually shoot down an Israeli fighter jet, and they will no doubt continue trying.

Hamas welcomed the UN Security Council's proposal:

"We welcome the proposal for a permanent ceasefire, a complete withdrawal of Israeli forces from the Gaza Strip, the exchange of prisoners, the reconstruction of the Gaza Strip, the return of the displaced and the introduction of necessary aid to the residents of the Gaza Strip."

Hamas is fantasizing if it thinks this is going to happen, if it thinks the IDF is leaving Gaza while even one hostage remains, or while Hamas remains an armed threat.

Biden might be fantasizing, too.
