Why does the Biden admin put restrictions on Israel's use of American weapons, but not Ukraine? 🤔

"Zionism" is again being thrown around as a dirty word, as always happens when Israel defends itself.

So, let's clear something up:

Zionism is the Jewish people's yearning for their divinely-appointed homeland, in accordance with God's promises.

Christian Zionism is a recognition of what God is doing in and through Israel, and a desire to support them in that role, in accordance with scripture.

Nor is Zionism a new phenomenon.

The term is modern, but expressions of Zionism go all the way back to the Babylonian exile:

"By the rivers of Babylon we sat and wept when we remembered Zion...

"If I forget you, Jerusalem, may my right hand forget its skill. May my tongue cling to the roof of my mouth if I do not remember you, if I do not consider Jerusalem my highest joy."

Psalm 137

ICJ Vice President Julia Sebutinde:

"War inevitably, and tragically, affects the lives of civilians. But this does not make Israel’s war against Hamas inherently illegitimate or unlawful and nor does it transform it into an act of genocide."

Sebutinde went on to stress that Friday's ruling by the ICJ did not order an immediate Gaza ceasefire, nor does the court have the authority to do so.

Rather, it ordered Israel to not take any military action that could destroy Palestinian life in Gaza. And Israel has been working hard to make sure that doesn't happen, even as it hunts down Hamas.

She lamented that the (purposefully?) misleading wording of the order made it seem and was interpreted as if the court had ordered Israel to lay down its arms.

This woman is taking a brave stand for truth in a world overcome by lies.

She deserves a lot of praise.

In thinking about the ICJ ruling and the antisemites flooding city streets in the West:

"Have mercy on us, O Lord, have mercy upon us, for we have had more than enough of contempt.

"Our soul has had more than enough of the scorn of those who are at ease, of the contempt of the proud."

Psalm 123:3-4

Rocket attack on central Israel: Herzliya, Hod HaSharon, Petah Tikva and Kfar Saba.

No idea how Hamas is still able to launch rockets at the Greater Tel Aviv area.

The rockets were reportedly launched from the Rafah area in southern Gaza.

Hamas is trying to demonstrate that it can still threaten all of Israel, even after 7 months of devastating war with the IDF.

Wonder if this is permitted under the ICJ's most recent ruling? 🤔

The rocket fire from Rafah reportedly consisted of 8-10 rockets fired at the Greater Tel Aviv area. A number were intercepted, several fell very near residential areas.

One person is said to have suffered shrapnel injuries in Herzliya.

So many powerful enemies in the Middle East want to destroy Israel.

So much of the world is against the Jewish state, even at the highest levels of government and political power.

Consider Psalm 124.

If God was not on Israel's side, then Israel would fall in the face of so much opposition and hate.

But Israel still stands strong.

And that should tell you something.

If Israel really were trying to perpetrate genocide against its Arab enemies, it wouldn't use such surgical precision.

Northern Israel has been under heavy rocket fire this afternoon. But that gets much less attention than a handful of rockets fired at Tel Aviv.

Israel last night carried out a targeted strike in Rafah that killed Yassin Rabia, one of the most senior Hamas leaders for Judea and Samaria.

The strike appeared to have set off secondary explosions or set fire to part of a tent camp for displaced Gazans, resulting in a large number of casualties.

Hamas is of course shouting "massacre!"

But there are unconfirmed reports that in addition to using the displaced civilians as a human shield for their command post, Hamas was also storing long-range missiles in the tent camp.

Some believe the warheads of those missiles might have been set off by the IDF strike on Rabia.

Iran Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei tweeting in Hebrew:

"The divine promise of a Palestinian state from the sea to the river will come to pass - just as Allah's promise to the mother of Moses came true."

Welcome to the Middle East, where politics and religion are one and the same.

By the way, do you know which promise to the mother of Moses he is referring to?

And for that matter, does the Koran or Islam contain a "divine promise" of Palestinian statehood?

"I will make the clans of Judah like a firepot in a woodpile, like a flaming torch among the sheaves; they will consume all the peoples around them on the right and on the left...

"On that day the LORD will defend the people of Jerusalem, so that the weakest among them will be like David, and the house of David will be like God...

"I will set out to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem."

"The problem is that you [Hamas officials] put your tents among the tents of displaced civilians. You know you are targeted [by Israel], so in the name of Allah take your tent away from civilians. Don't use them as a shield. That makes you a criminal, not a warrior. You place is on the front lines, where you can pay for the trouble you and your gang brought upon us."

Israel is not the true enemy of the Palestinians.

Israel will be delivered from this trouble and distress, but for this we must do what is necessary for us, and not what the Gentiles tell us.

War Cabinet minister Gadi Eizenkot wants to end the war and reach a hostage deal at any price, telling the Knesset today that Israel can resume its battle with Hamas at a later date.

He does not believe Israel can fully defeat Hamas on the battlefield.

Eizenkot is a former IDF chief of staff, but his views stand in direct contradiction to what we are hearing from soldiers on the battlefields of Gaza, who insist on pushing forward to victory.
