Even on the streets of Gaza, there are people handing out sweets following the death of Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi.

The role Iran played in the murder of hundreds of thousands of Sunni Muslims in Syria, southern Iran, Yemen and Iraq is not forgotten by the Palestinians.

This despite the fact that the Sunni Hamas regime in Gaza has found a warm place in the bosom of Shiite Iran, along with generous financial support for terror against Israel and oppression of the Palestinian civilian population.
