Since the morning hours, Hamas and its terrorist allies have fired 50 rockets from Gaza at southern Israel.

War Cabinet Minister Gideon Sa'ar has called for an emergency meeting, insisting that it was clearly the wrong decision to reduce the intensity of the war against Hamas, which is clearly still in control of large parts of Gaza and capable of attacking Israel.

Hamas today demonstrated that it is still capable of attacking Israel from the Gaza Strip with a barrage of over 50 rockets.

Most of the rockets targeted the town of Netivot and surrounding villages.

Damage was reported, but no casualties.

Kibbutz Be'eri has confirmed the deaths of Yossi Sharabi (53) and Itai Svirsky (38) in Hamas captivity in the Gaza Strip.

Hamas claims they were killed by Israeli airstrikes. While this is possible, their blood is still on hands of the terrorists holding them hostage.

Biden admin: We're holding serious talks with Qatar about another Israel-Hamas hostage deal.

Hamas: No deal without permanent ceasefire and IDF withdrawal from Gaza.

Israel will not agree to those terms.

Qatar: Deal reached to bring meds to Israeli hostages, in exchange for more humanitarian aid entering Gaza.

Aid that is promptly stolen by Hamas, thus resupplying the terrorists and prolonging the war.

Arab social media is running with the story that Ayala Ben Gvir, wife of Israel's firebrand Internal Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir, was killed in the terrorist attack in Adora a few days ago.

Today, Ayala posted a photo of herself on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem.

If you think misinformation is bad on Western social media channels, you have no idea.

The lies that spread on Arab networks and the number of people who believe them would make your jaw drop.

Israel eliminated in a precision airstrike the head of the terrorist infrastructure in the Balata neighborhood of the biblical city of Shechem.

Amed Abdullah Abu-Shalal was head of one of the central terrorist infrastructures in Judea and Samaria, and was responsible for many recent attacks

Security officials said that Abu-Shalal was planning an imminent large-scale terrorist attack against Israelis.

IDF Spokesperson:

Bilal Nofal, a Hamas operative responsible for interrogating individuals suspected of spying against Hamas, was eliminated in an Israeli airstrike.

In other words, Nofal tortured anyone suspected of collaborating with Israel.

The IDF says Nofal was also involved in research and development, and his elimination is a painful blow for Hamas.

โš ๏ธ Be wary of shifting rhetoric.

In a meeting yesterday with local council heads in southern Israel, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu made an important shift in addressing the war against Hamas.

"We will not stop until we destroy Hamas's terrorist capabilities."

It was the first time Netanyahu did not say "destroy Hamas," but rather "destroy Hamas's capabilities."

It is becoming clear that Israel will not erase Hamas from existence, but must remove its ability to threaten Israel, at least on a large scale.

The fear is that even that goal will eventually be "moderated" under international pressure.

As we have noted, all Hamas need do to win is survive.

If Hamas still exists and can still harm Israelis, then it won the war, the destruction of Gaza notwithstanding.

Because if Hamas is still there, Israelis won't move back to their homes in southern Israel, and the terrorists will have succeeded in "liberating" the land.

In the above survey ๐Ÿ‘†, Netanyahu's approval rating is just 40%, and that of his right-wing coalition members is even lower.

Most Israeli voters are right-wing, but feel this government has not delivered.

Bibi and the right definitely don't want early elections under the present circumstances.

At the World Economic Forum, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken complains that Arab states are reluctant to invest in rebuilding Gaza only to have it destroyed again.

The remark was clearly aimed at Israel.

But the thing is, we are in this situation because America and the West never held the Palestinians accountable.

If they had insisted from the start that the Palestinians actually honor their commitments under the Oslo Accords, we wouldn't be in this situation.
