Double standards.

In talks with Israeli leaders, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken insists that the tax revenues Israel is withholding belong to the Palestinian Authority, and must be transferred immediately so the Palestinian Authority can get on with its work.

But how is this any different from the US freezing the assets of Iran for financing regional terrorism? Or the assets of Russia over its aggression in Ukraine?

The Palestinian Authority openly encourages terrorist violence against Israel. What's more, a large portion of that money will be transferred to Hamas in Gaza.

Why is the US allowed to financially choke its enemies, but Israel is not?

Why do Iran and Russia pay a financial price for their aggression, but the Palestinians must not?

Horrible 😒

Three months later, officials with the Antiquities Authority continue to search for missing people in southern Israel. (Amit Segal)

Many Israelis were so badly mutilated and burned, that only trained archaeologists can now find them.

BBC at it again...

On Friday, the BBC issued an apology for reporting as fact a Hamas claim that IDF soldiers were executing Palestinians in Gaza.

The problem is that the apology came a full TWO WEEKS after the false report (broadcast on Dec. 24).

In the meantime, all those foolish enough to believe the BBC is an objective and trustworthy news source were fed more lies strengthening a skewed negative viewpoint of Israel.

You can be sure the original report was seen and is still believed by many more people than saw the apology.

Impeachment in Israel is rare.

But already 85 members of Knesset have signed a motion to impeach MK Ofer Cassif, the only Jewish member of the Joint Arab List faction, over his support for South Africa's suit against Israel at the International Court of Justice in The Hague.

Cassif is a radical leftist who champions Palestinian claims that Israel is an "apartheid" state.

His support for the ICJ suit is being called "treasonous" by MKs from both the ruling coalition and the opposition. South Africa charges Israel with "genocide" in the Gaza Strip.

In fact, the motion against him was started by an opposition lawmaker, and has been signed by members of opposition leader Yair Lapid's party, as well as the entirety of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's coaltiion.

Oh good, Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas "promised" US Secretary of State Antony Blinken that he will reform the corruption-riddled, terror-supporting Palestinian Authority.

"What I take away from this meeting is that he is committed to that and is very much prepared to move forward," said Blinken after meeting Abbas today.

Phew!

Seriously. How thick can you be?

Name one time Abbas has kept a promise to Israel or the international community.

The UN Security Council overnight condemned ongoing Houthi attacks from Yemen on international shipping.

As Arab media caricatures noted, it was a pointless exercise. The Houthis, of course, reject the criticism and the demand that they halt their aggression.

Now we wait to see if the international community backs up its words with actions.

Major cold front has moved into Israel. Lots of snow on Mount Hermon, cold wind and rain everywhere else in the country.

Pray for our soldiers who are out in the field.

Pray also for Palestinian civilians whose lives have been turned upside down by the evil actions of their leaders. The consequences are on their heads, yes, but it is sad nevertheless.

Israel goes on "trial" today at the International Court of Justice in The Hague on charges of "genocide" in the Gaza Strip.

We all knew this would happen. We all knew how quickly the world would forget the atrocities that sparked this war and start equating the consequences with the crime.

Ahead of the opening remarks against Israel, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu issued a brief English-language statement to make clear the position of the Jewish state πŸ‘‡

To the surprise of absolutely no one, disgraced antisemite Jeremy Corbyn is in The Hague this morning as part of the South Africa delegation accusing Israel of genocide in Gaza.

Even after Oct. 7, Corbyn has refused to call Hamas a terrorist organization. And in years past, he even referred to the jihadists as his "friends."

The Israeli government has set up a website documenting many of the Hamas atrocities on October 7.

⚠️ EXTREME VIEWER DISCRETION ADVISED

The images and videos are extremely gruesome. Be advised before visiting the website below.

These images are shared to help people understand the full extent of the horror visited upon Israel by Palestinian terrorists. And why Israel is at war, and must remain at war until this threat is eliminated.

Interestingly, the website is blocked in Israel itself, but can be accessed from here using a VPN. This is done out of sensitivity to the loved ones of the victims portrayed.
