The absurd clips of freed Israeli hostages warmly parting ways with their captors are being used by Hamas apologists around the world to somehow justify the abduction of hundreds of Israelis.

"Look, they were treated well!"

As if the Israelis were on some weekend retreat, and should be grateful to their hosts.

Let's forget for a moment that they were almost certainly forced to act that way on their release.

These people were violently ripped from their lives against their will.

They watched many others die brutal deaths, including their own family members.

Many are returning to empty homes because these "wonderful" Hamas hosts slaughtered all their loved ones.

Is it possible for the world to stop acting so silly for even one moment?
