In the Netherlands, during a pro-Palestinian protest someone held up a sign written in Hebrew reading “Let’s go, Hamas”
This apparently took place during a match between Dutch football club AZ Alkmaar and Hapoel Beersheva.
Alkmaar’s mayor refused to allow Israeli fans to attend the game due to “security concerns.”
But the pro-Palestinian and pro-Hamas protests were approved.

Hamas has found a two-way racket: pay up, or let Israel take the blame.
Gaza merchants say Hamas wants a “voluntary” NIS 10,000 payment for every commercial truck entering the Strip, plus 30% of cash sales. If they pay, Hamas makes bank. If they refuse and goods stop moving, Hamas can blame Israel for the shortage.
Either way, the terror group wins—financially or in the headlines.
Israel says the crossings remain open and humanitarian aid continues. Nickolay Mladenov of the Board of Peace has condemned the Hamas intimidation of merchants and interference with supply chains.
A “voluntary donation” is supposed to be something you can decline. Hamas appears to have a different definition.

How does one start over when the world one knew no longer exists?
The Bible does not describe what went on inside Noah as he left the Ark. But it tells us what he does.
First, he builds an altar in the new world and turns to God.

Israeli President Isaac Herzog spoke over the phone on Saturday with Washington Post photographer Heidi Levine, 63, who was attacked by violent rioters in the Binyamin region of Samaria the previous day.
As a result of the assault, she was hospitalized and underwent surgery on her hand at Rabin Medical Center in Petach Tikvah.
The Prime Minister's Office says it still remains unclear whether Levine was injured by Jewish or Arab rioters during the confrontation, as both sides had their heads covered.

Israeli Ambassador to the United States Yechiel Leiter said in an interview with CNN on Friday that his son Neriya is breathing on his own but remains in a deep coma after a Palestinian car-ramming attack last month.
Leiter said the terrorist drove into Neriya at roughly 80 to 90 kilometers per hour (50 to 55 miles per hour) and that his son’s head was slammed into a cement block.
He underwent about eight hours of brain surgery, the ambassador said.
Leiter's older son, Moshe, was killed while fighting in Gaza during the early days of the war.

Questions remain around injuring of Heidi Levine, as Israel grapples with mounting “settler violence”
The attack that injured American photographer Heidi Levine has produced sharply conflicting accounts. Police are investigating, and important questions about how the confrontation began remain unanswered.
But the wider concern is being voiced within Israel too. Shin Bet chief David Zini has called for a stronger response to violence by Jewish extremists, while Ambassador Yechiel Leiter says those responsible must be brought to justice.
Israel can defend Jewish life in Judea and Samaria without excusing those who take the law into their own hands. And it can pursue the perpetrators without treating hundreds of thousands of peaceful residents as guilty by association.

Terrorist intimidation in Samaria
Israeli security forces found a dummy explosive device next to a Palestinian flag overnight near the village of Yabrud in central Samaria, the Israel Police said on Sunday.
The flag was inscribed in Arabic with “Nukhba Battalion 07.10.26,” in an apparent reference to the Hamas terror group’s Nukhba Force, which led the charge during the Oct. 7, 2023, massacre in southern Israel.

The Israel Defense Forces said on Monday that it killed three terrorists from Hamas’s “military wing,” including a cell commander, in airstrikes across the Gaza Strip over the weekend.
Hamas cell commander Majed Ahmed Mustafa Sabbagh was killed in the Tuffah quarter in Gaza City’s Old City on Saturday, according to the military.
In separate strikes, the IDF killed Abdullah Mohammed Khamis Jaber. The terrorist helped produce weapons and played a significant role in Hamas’s production headquarters, the military said. It also killed Amer Bashir Mohammed Khourani, a member of the terror group’s engineering battalion, in Jabalia.

When European nations boycott Jewish businesses in Judea and Samaria, the first to suffer are Palestinians.
Israeli businesses employ thousands of Palestinians, and harming their sales means no more jobs.
It’s a well-established phenomenon, but no one in Spain, Ireland, the Netherlands and elsewhere in Europe seems to be paying attention.
They’re too busy virtue signaling to actually care about the day-to-day wellbeing of the Palestinians.

The Israel Police is increasingly enforcing noise violations from muezzins across the Jewish state, National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir said on Monday, after a mosque in Tel Sheva, a Bedouin town bordering Beersheva, was cited overnight on Sunday.
“For decades, the phenomenon was ignored,” Ben-Gvir wrote. “Since I took office, I have changed the policy.”
“Every child in the State of Israel deserves to sleep in quiet,” he added.

Israel Defense Forces Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir has ordered restrictions on military leave beginning Thursday ahead of the Oct. 27 Knesset election, the IDF announced on Monday.
Zamir said the military remains on its highest alert on all fronts.
The Paratroopers Brigade headquarters and additional troops will reinforce Central Command, and an operational command will be set up in the area between Samaria and Binyamin.
Zamir also ordered more senior commanders be present at operations centers and headquarters, with additional air, naval and ground forces as needed.
The IDF’s mission is to ensure the election takes place “safely and as scheduled,” he said.
