"The IDF will attack from the air, in accordance with the Iranian model, and with great force, the terrorists and launchers in the Litani area and in the launch areas throughout Lebanon outside the Litani area."

Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister: The Strait of Hormuz is also open all, including American ships, but passage is conditional on Iran's approval and the absence of any hostile behavior.

REPORT: Trump asked Netanyahu to slow the pace of attacks in Lebanon in order to give a better chance to US-Iran peace talks.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu:

In light of Lebanon's repeated calls to open direct negotiations with Israel, I instructed the Cabinet yesterday to open direct negotiations with Lebanon as soon as possible.

The negotiations will focus on disarming Hezbollah and establishing peaceful relations between Israel and Lebanon.

Israel appreciates the Lebanese Prime Minister's call today to evacuate Beirut.

Israel’s Foreign Ministry called out Europe on Thursday for sitting on the sidelines, while reaping the rewards of Israeli and American military action.

In an X post the Israelis stated:

“This is how it always is in Europe: they stand on the sidelines. keep their distance. At times they offer disclaimers or condemnations. Yet they always benefit from the results.”

The criticism accompanied a clip of NATO chief Mark Rutte telling CNN that Trump’s military action had succeeded in degrading Iran’s nuclear and missile capabilities, which Rutte admitted was “really very important for your and my safety, here in the US, in Europe, in the Middle East.”

👆Meanwhile Hezbollah continues to fire rockets at Israel. 10 rockets were launched at the Israeli coastal town of Nahariya over the past hour.

Lebanese media reports that Beirut will send only a single representative to talks with Israel next week.

Again rocket and drone attacks from Lebanon on northern Israel.

Lebanon wants a ceasefire, but it can't control the forces operating from its territory.

IDF Spokesman:

Maher Qassem Hamdan, the Commander of the Lebanese Resistance Brigades terrorist organization in the Chebaa area in southern Lebanon, was eliminated in an IDF strike.

Hamdan was responsible for terrorist recruitment, weapons supply, and funding the Lebanese Resistance Brigades in Chebaa.

Eight additional terrorists who were fleeing the Chebaa area to the Sidon area were eliminated.

The IDF Chief of Staff in Southern Lebanon:

"The IDF is at war. We continue to fight the terrorist organization Hezbollah with great intensity. We entered a ceasefire in Iran yesterday - we are prepared to return to intense combat if required."

"Our main battlefield is here in Lebanon. We continue to deepen the maneuver and continue to strike Hezbollah.

"The IDF's achievements in the war against Iran are unprecedented and historic. The Iran before this war is not the same Iran; it is much weaker.

“We have damaged every link in Iran's value chain. The blow Iran suffered is a blow that affects Hezbollah. Hezbollah is isolated within Lebanon and isolated from its strategic artery in Iran. The Lebanese government understands more than ever the magnitude of the problem of a radical, fanatical terrorist organization existing on its soil."

Netanyahu on opening negotiations with Beirut:

"There is no ceasefire in Lebanon. We continue to strike Hezbollah with full force, and we will not stop until we restore security.

“We have two goals in the negotiations: disarming Hezbollah and a historic, sustainable peace agreement between Israel and Lebanon.

“I have already concluded four peace agreements with Arab countries, and I intend to conclude more."

The IDF warns of Hezbollah missile fire to central Israel in the coming hours.

Senior Israeli official to Channel 12: "We are open to negotiations, but they will take place under fire. The Lebanese government must prove it can succeed where it has failed time and again, including in the previous ceasefire."

The IDF is currently carrying out a broad wave of strikes against Hezbollah missile launchers in Lebanon.

Gulf states are again under attack from drones launched by Iran-backed forces.

The Kuwaiti Army reports that in the last few minutes, drones were launched against vital infrastructure in the country and that air defense systems were activated against them.

The United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia were also reportedly attacked.
