US officials say Israel has agreed to the two-week ceasefire with Iran.

Lebanon is reportedly not part of the deal.

Iran’s Tasnim news agency: “Trump capitulated.”

A White House spokesperson tells Israeli media the ceasefire will go into effect the moment Iran opens the Strait of Hormuz.

The Supreme National Security Council of Iran announces that Iran "has achieved almost all war objectives and brought the enemy to despair," and, under the guidance of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Mojtaba Khamenei, has decided to agree to a two-week ceasefire after the United States agreed to negotiate the 10-point plan submitted by Iran.

Negotiations are expected to begin on Friday in Islamabad "with absolute distrust regarding the American side."

The SNCC statement emphasizes that this is not the end of the war, which will only come when the US accepts the 10 Iranian points, including Iranian control over the Strait of Hormuz, paying compensation, and ending hostilities "on all fronts" (including Lebanon).

Iranian state television: In a humiliating retreat from his earlier threats, Trump has accepted Iran's terms to end the war.

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi:

“For the next two weeks, safe navigation will be allowed in the Strait of Hormuz, in coordination with the Iranian armed forces and taking into account existing technical limitations.”

In other words, Iran will not back down and allow unhindered passage through the Strait of Hormuz.

The Israeli Air Force completed a wave of strikes in Iran an hour ago, focusing on heavy industry.

The IDF has till now received no orders to cease attacks on Iran.

Meanwhile, an American official tells The New York Times the US forces have already been ordered to stand down in accordance with the ceasefire.

Iran’s 10 demands:

1. Cessation of hostilities.

2. Continuation of Iranian control over the Strait of Hormuz.

3. Acceptance of uranium enrichment.

4. Removal of sanctions.

5. Removal of all secondary sanctions (sanctions on non-Iranian entities trading with Iran).

6. Cancellation of all UN Security Council resolutions against Iran.

7. Cancellation of all IAEA Board of Governors resolutions against Iran.

8. Payment of compensation to Iran.

9. Withdrawal of all US forces from the region.

10. Cessation of the war on all fronts, including against the "brave Islamic resistance in Lebanon."

Based on these demands, Trump declared a ceasefire and said meaningful negotiations could begin.
